Wow, that looks like such a great choir. I sing a bit too (I am Welsh). Met my DH through Am Drams...

Afternoon snack: 1 chicken salad w/cranberries & pecans sandwich on a croissant, and 1/2 of a roast beef & swiss w/mayo on a croissant. 7 Hershey's miniatures.

It is only 3:30. I think I have spent all available calories. Ooops.

Wow, 5 p.m. almost didn't come soon enough. By the time I got home from the stress of grocery shopping (crowded time at the store this afternoon), I was ready to eat, but managed to hold off til 5, when my FD began.

The debauchery roll call so far:

-3 Russel Stover chocolates
-1 dark chocolate square dipped in Jif natural peanut butter
-2 glasses burgundy
-1 oz. sharp cheddar
-6 or 8 GS Thin Mint cookies (wish my family had already eaten them all, but there they were when I got home!)

Whew, I think things are calming down now. This is what happens when we're out of food at the house and I'm hungry and then go grocery shopping while hungry, and then come home just wanting to collapse, not cook. lol.

Kissa ah... of course... Welsh= singer, and marvelous, too!

Lightly that snack sounded wonderful! Sandwiches are my favorite, which is one of the reasons I switched from LC, and I am really enjoying my bread!

sophie Debauchery is right! YUMMMM!

I love the debauchery! Makes me feel more "normal" considering I seem to have more days than I'd like to admit like this!

Cindy,

Isn't it odd how we've come to love our DDs.

We did bowl this morning, so I did have the Pure Protein Shake before that, but didn't have anything chewable until about 5ish.

I feel so comfortable right now, and once I get my jammies on, I'll get on the sofa with dh and cuddle and sip on my hot chocolate.

ETA: you can come to my home any ole time........door is open!!!

Ooh, I live in Waterbury and work in Torrington (and sometimes Storrs). The anniversary event sounds incredible. Verdi's Requiem!!

DD here

- black coffee
- celery/carrot soup
- 4 oz baked tilapia

- 2 warm pb cookies right out of the oven!! (I can't believe I still had calories for this, I wasn't planning to eat any but I realized I'd had less than 350 today. It just made today feel like it was an UD, LOL)

Ended up with one more glass of wine for a total of 3, then had dinner which was pork, rice & coleslaw mix mixed with Philly garlic cooking creme along with HWC and a little salt and lot of pepper. Also some leftover spaghetti.

AG & DD, certain times or days no food is safe around here!
