coffee with sugarfree creamer, salad with cucumber, tomato, low cal dressing. 1 slice 45 cal bread toasted and broth. Tea.

Breakfast is at church so hard to count calories. My goal here is to just not overindulge in too many sweets. LOL

Lunch - if I need to eat I'll just have some protein

Dinner - spinach ravioli and caesar salad and depending how well or bad I do at breakfast I'll have a glass of wine and dark chocolate.

Closed the restaurant last night at 1pm.
Opened at 9am today... :doh:

The only problem with this is that I like to fast 'till atleast 11am even on UD's like today... this makes it a little harder because I'm not sleeping through it!!:hyst:

Today is an UD!

Coffee with 1 T HH 15
Yogurt with raspberries and 1 T flax140.. will eat soon- like 11am
Brunch today nibbles for 300

Late Lunch will be Mexican!!! Bringing my own tortillas and getting Shrimp Fajitas with all the fixin's! Estimating 750 calories.

Anyone have any idea how many calories are in skin-on hot dogs?? They are from a deli and were a gift from one of our customers. I :heart: LOVE :heart: hot dogs!! Two will be dinner. Only one with a bun though. I'm guessing 140 per hot dog??? Any thoughts?:confused:

1605 planned for the day so far. But leaving extra room for the calories at the mexican place and the hot dogs. Will still have room for a Margarita! (i bring my own Sf mix for 5 calories- so only have to count the Tequila!)

Mid-morning Breakfast: omelette with 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1/2 oz onion, 1 oz mushrooms, 1 oz spinach, 2 oz tomato, 2 oz ham - - -
Also 2 mugs of coffee, each 8 oz coffee with 1 oz half & half

So far, coffee w/ half and half for 60 calories

Later will be low sodium, fat free home made cabbage/veggie soup and tilapia for 130 calories

Then Greek yogurt, if necessary, 4 ounces for 70 calories

Will munch on celery and hot peppercinis if necessary. Tummy not growling yet!:high5:

Just finished a casual late lunch: 1-1/2 C homemade chili with meat & beans, 5 saltine cracker squares, and 8 oz of Coca Cola Classic... the kind that is so bad for you with HFCS. LOL It was quite refreshing.

Hmmmmm.... The chili was so good.. I had a little bit more. LOL So adding 3/4 C chili and 3 more saltine cracker squares

Changed my mind about the toast. Instead I had 1 egg white with salsa and a special k bar.

DD and I guess I am done at 390-my allotment is 341.

Had coffee, splenda ff hnh, some lite bread

Cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, sauteed with chix broth, soy sauce and balsamic, with a french onion laughing cow lite melted in.

4.7 oz salmon filet seared in oven.

HUNGRY...

Beeb, I'm afraid to lower my DD cals, since I am such a slow loser, BUT I rarely hit the target number and am usually between 380-450...

Can't wait till tomorrow...

Well I guess today is a FD. I'm at 2000 calories and really want a glass of wine later. We'll see.

I made coconut flour pancakes for breakfast. Omg! They are wonderful. I had the pancakes with turkey sausage, banana slices on top and sf syrup and cottage cheese on the side
panera bread for lunch. Half Thai chopped chicken salad with half a chicken chipotle panini.
Dinner was salad with a turkey burger patty. Various snacks and I have put in my numbers to have a piece of the bearclaw we got at panera with my SO later but I don't know if I will. Just a quarter of it will be almost 150 calories. I may have wine instead or neither.

I'm done for the day. I've been busy getting some chores done around here, so just grabbed a bowl of corn flakes for supper! LOL Not very hungry because chili always keeps me feeling full for so long. Must be the slowly digesting starch in the beans. :laugh:

So adding to today's UD calories: 2 C corn flakes, 1 C whole milk, 3 tsp sugar, 8 oz coffee, 1 oz half & half...

Sunday was a UD for me... I'm not proud of it, but I'm posting it anyway.

B: 36 mini chocolate chip cookies, cadbury egg, last slice rum cake
L: 2 pieces pizza made with TJs dough, homemade tomato/roasted red pepper sauce, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh mozz, and goat cheese
D: Small bowl spaghetti w/ homemade vodka sauce and 5 mini meatballs
S: 4 butter almond thins
probably a bottle of wine total.....................:o

I guess it was an FD, but total cals about 2300 amazingly.
