From the mouths of babes (well, preteen)...

I was having a rough morning being a DD and having to go take a really long midterm. I ate a granola bar because my stomach decided to start acting as I was getting ready to walk out the door, and I didn't want to have a growling belly in a classroom full of people trying to concentrate.

My 12 year old daughter says to me "you know how my ADD medicine makes me not hungry? You should take something like that on your down days!"

Good idea in theory but seeing as how I don't have ADD, those stimulants would have me pinging off the walls. Not to mention the whole controlled substance issue. Kids!
