It's a DD until at least 5 p.m. for me, when it switches back over to FD, per my MUDDD schedule.

Black coffee so far, and plan to have black tea later.

I slept in a lot more than usual for me, and now find that I don't have too long to be in the DD portion of my day, lol.
About 3 p.m. I had my first food of the day.

-2 small bowls cheesy potato soup with real bacon bits on top
-1 bowl vegetable beef soup
-handful cashews

-couple handfuls of Lay's potato chips earlier. When a new bag is opened, I love to have some of the chips out of the top when they are fresh, big, crispy and whole (instead of little pieces in the bottom of the bag).

Been drinking black English b'fast tea, and now decaf green with honey.

D: The other 1/2 of the stir-fry

That's my plan, but DH isn't up yet, so we may share the stir-fry when K and I get home, then dinner will be a Lean Cuisine or small Wendy's chili.
DH has turkey chili in the crockpot. The best I can estimate is 248 calories for 1 cup, so I'll end the day with 1 cup of turkey chili at 406 calories. I don't usually go over 400, but I'm not too concerned.

Keira and I split the shrimp stir-fry for lunch and it was ! I absolutely recommend it for a pleasant DD meal. As Ouizoid said, it is a bit salty, so I'll be interested to see what happens on the scale tomorrow.

Sounds yummy! Be sure and remember the salt tomorrow. I'll have to do that as well if I have the prime rib I'm planning on. Sometimes I eat something salty, then when the scale is up the next day I'm soooooooo upset! Have to keep reminding myself "water retention is NOT FAT!" lol. I love shrimp. Love all kinds of sea food. Sounds like your day is going great!

We just got back from touring an old west town and wandering in and out of shops. Was going to stop and sit and have a glass of wine and a snack, but they were out of the wine I like, so we just passed. I'd rather save up more calories for dinner and.....da-da-da! Bread! lol.

Well it was supposed to be a DD.... Then my GF arrived and she needed vino and food!!! I could have chosen to be good - but I was hungry!

I did only eat in a 5 hour period (Fast 5???) but I hit 1800 cals or so....

1/2 of that embarrasingly came from vino - so there was no way I was giving up Sunday's UD!!

Cross really, as I had planned tacos (which we had!) and managed to work out a good portion of lots of goodies (based mainly on salad!) for around 450 cals. I'll definitely revisit the tacos in the future!!

1 Taco Shell, loads of salad, Quorn Mince (much lower than real mince!), WW Sour Cream (lowest I could find), Salsa, jalapenos etc - you can get a really good meal - and if you drop the taco shell, quite a lot more!!

Had a deli-style chicken sandwich, more chips, a Claussen pickle, an Edy's fruit popsicle, cashews and almonds.
