DD and blood sample

I have a quick question/wondering...

I had a blood test this morning (the regular cholesterol/glycemy stuff), the nurse took 4 tiny little tubes of blood. and well, it's a DD for me today and the toughest I've had so far !!! I feel like I'm going to pass out anytime, eventhough I've had more than 200 calories for lunch (it's 4pm).
I usually have pretty cool DD but wow, this one is hard !!!

Do you think there's a link here ?!

Actually, I doubt it.

But if there is some little part of your mind that thought perhaps it was making the difference, then there is also some little part of your mind that is staying focused on your feeling of hunger.

And if that is the case, it's not likely to cease and leave you alone. If it were me, I'd probably eat just a bit more on this DD, and vow to do better on the next one. LOL

I also just googled a question about having a blood test and hunger and the only thing that I can see is MAYBE your blood sugar is lower now because of this test and that MIGHT give you a hungry feeling. I would just tough it out, maybe give yourself 100 calorie "treat" today, as Pat suggested and let your blood sugar get back to normal.
