UD here...
Blackberries and Whipped cream 50
Choc. covered almonds 100
Coffee with HH 20

Pancakes with Wh. cream and I can't believe it's not butter spray 275

couple bites of BF spaghetti 100

Shrimp and Spicy Pepper Noodle dish 200 (love it SO much- had to add protein and eat it on an UD!

745 so far and STUFFED! Those Pancakes are REALLY filling! I may try to make a larger batch and freeze them for down days!

Plan for dinner is Baked fish with a salad and veg. With tartar sauce!! Best info I can find is that 2oz (in a portion cup0 of tartar is about 4T and 240 calories!!! YIKES!
so...
8oz baked cod 240
tartar 240
Side salad 150
Veg side 150

That is 780 for dinner. If I can eat it all... 1525 total for the day...
Will drink half my protein shake for another 90

Still have 100 left for some chocolate...

lots of food today, I feel like I am getting better at planning my calories! Finally!!

Never did eat my toast but at lunchtime I ate 2 Hot Cross Buns, 400 cals

This evening we ant to a Turkish restaurant and had hot and cold mezzes with flat bread and red wine.

I'm just guessing cals as close to 2000

S: Lindt chili dark chocolate (2 squares = 95 calories)

That leaves me with 1172 calories for dinner/wine.
I was craving pork chops for dinner, so I called DH at lunch and he's going grocery shopping.

Dinner will be pork chops, dressing, green beans, and baked sweet potato with butter.

I should probably eat something more substantial so my tummy will be OK to take med & supplements, but I don't feel like anything.
4 p.m. early dinner
-fried chicken drumstick
-1 cup sausage fried rice

7 p.m. comfort eating after driving through a horrible, terrible storm

wound up adding a bag of microwave popcorn to the above, for a total of 596 calories. First time I've been up over 500 on a down day, but I'm not beating myself up about it. Still in weightloss mode, just over 30%, so not so bad.

UD here, aiming for 1530 calories and am at 1494.
B = 3 eggs fried in coconut oil
L = small cube steak, cooked carrots, string cheese
S = peanut M&Ms
D = chicken livers and bacon

I love that I can have the candy on an UD, but I am really struggling with sugar. Today is 2nd day of quitting smoking and I was NOT hungry at all, just "something" when I ate the M&Ms. This feels like a slippery slope, and I am really thankful that JUDDD makes allowances for that stuff. I think, between sugar and cigarettes, that sugar is ultimately going to be the harder substance to give up!

ended up having 2 squares dark chocolate with Jif natural peanut butter.

Oh and I forgot I had a large piece of angel food cake after the chicken and rice earlier.

One last glass of wine. It's rare I have more than 3 in a day, so I won't beat myself for that overindulgence.

I had peach yogurt and fresh raspberries and blackberries at noon.

I don't even watch carbs anymore, but even I can plainly see I had quite the carby day yesterday!

OMG, and I forgot this til just now:
Had SEVEN Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies!!! *gulp*

At least I am down another pound today on my maintenance range!
