Goal for March: ??? Just so it's less than I am right now. Making myself a note: WL Mode DD from 20% 380 - to 35% 650 and UD 1914

March 1 = 199 (after big UD)
March 2 = 196 (-3 after 250 calorie DD! Reached my Feb goal
March 3 = 196 (No gain after 1260 MD! Yay!)
March 4 = 196.6 (After 1950 UD)
March 5 = 197.2 (Went over limit to 850 on DD. too much salt!)
March 6 = 196.2 (tried to have another DD, ended up MD)
March 7 = 197.6 (after UD, 2 restaurant meals)
March 8 = 196.2 (after 690 calorie DD)
March 9 = 196.2 (after UD - stayed exactly the same! cool!)
March 10 = 195.6 (after 600 calorie DD; finally a new low!!)

Thanks, Michelle. My last round of hcg was in August, and my LDW was 151. The rest was maintained/ lost with JUDDD after a few weeks on P3. I had a tummy tuck/lipo in Nov, but, I maybe lost a few pounds, and that was it. My surgeon told me that would be the case, it is more volume he said. I was about 146 beginning of January after some holiday gain. After my surgery in November, I didn't go back to JUDDD again until January. I am happy in the 130's and a size 4. For the last few weeks I've been doing straight calories. I LOVE JUDDD, but, I was too hungry on my DD's. I am not sure if I will go back to JUDDD or not. I definitely will if I start gaining.

My February was rocky with several out of town stays for days at a time. So March is get back to my goal of 125 (again!) and maintain for more than a couple days at a time. LOL I'd actually like to go a little lower....125 is perfect but I keep going back and forth between 125 and 129. I'd like 125 to be my 'high'.

I am in maintenance, but desire to go down a bit more. In February my goal was to maintain 136-139, and I was able to do that. For the past week and a half I've gone to more straight calories/intuitive eating. I may or may not jump back on JUDDD. I hope you don't mind me posting. I like having the accountability, and my daily weight all in one place.

My goal for March is a stable 135. Ultimately, I would like to land between 133-136, on the lower end of 133. My goal is a pound a month until I get there. Here we go!


3/1 - 135.6
3/2 - 135.4
3/3 - 136.4(very high calorie, high carb day yesterday, SIGH)
3/4 - 137.2
3/5 - 135.2

Finally coming out of lurkdom.....

I have been stalking y'all from the shadows of the internet and have finally decided to step out and be accountable in public

Dabbled in JUDDD through most of February, however, wheels came off the wagon in March. Buckling down so I can get to my goal for summer!!

I considered not weighing in after UDs, but I am going to anyways... it will be interesting to see if cleaner UD don't do as much damage as junky ones! I am one of those people who can gain/lose 5 lbs overnight (hold water like a sponge I guess!).

Thanks. I sure have. Went from 350/1750 to 500/1900 and the weight is consistently dropping. Who knew that raising my calories on both days would have that results. And I am sure not doing LC.

03/04---?????---FD (ended up leaving early in the morning when my mother was transferred to a different hospital)
03/05---196.8---DD (ugh...due to stress of mother in hospital and wedding on Saturday when it was difficult to count calories)
03/06---196.0---UD (guess it's still hanging on from weekend...had a great DD yesterday, going to have a good clean UD today)
03/07---196.4---DD
03/08---195.4---UD (1 lb gain over the week...trying really hard not to panic and bail )
03/09---195.4---DD (Glad I didn't bail, 1st time I've ever not gained after an UP day. Hoping for woosh tomorrow )
