Mar5 DD: 149.6 (I can't remember if it was 149 or 148, LOL!)

Are you putting UD for the day or the day after? I put DD for Mar4th bc I was weighing in after my DD. But that could be confusing so I changed it and marked the day Mar4 really was...

Next to the date, I put whatever rotation I am on that day and the approximate calories I am going to eat. Then, the next day, I fill in the actual calories for the prior day, and so forth. Not very efficient, but that way I have a snapshot of each day to look back on so that I can see any trends over time.

I am in maintenance, but desire to go down a bit more. In February my goal was to maintain 136-139, and I was able to do that. For the past week and a half I've gone to more straight calories/intuitive eating. I may or may not jump back on JUDDD. I hope you don't mind me posting. I like having the accountability, and my daily weight all in one place.

My goal for March is a stable 135. Ultimately, I would like to land between 133-136, on the lower end of 133. My goal is a pound a month until I get there. Here we go!


3/1 - 135.6
3/2 - 135.4
3/3 - 136.4(very high calorie, high carb day yesterday, SIGH)
3/4 - 137.2
3/5 - 135.2
3/6 - 134.6

My February was rocky with several out of town stays for days at a time. So March is get back to my goal of 125 (again!) and maintain for more than a couple days at a time. LOL I'd actually like to go a little lower....125 is perfect but I keep going back and forth between 125 and 129. I'd like 125 to be my 'high'.

3/2 - 128.2 - UD (1717 calories, a bit low)
3/3 - 128.6 - DD (fasting)
3/4 - 126 - UD (went way over :/ )
3/5 - ?? - DD (fasting)
3/6 - 130.6 - UD but considering fasting again
