Hey There!!

I'm mostly a lurker but wanted to say Congrats to all you losers!!!!

I set a goal of 4lbs for the month of March. I'm one of those that even with optimized Thyroid numbers I don't lose very easily so I figured 4lbs was conservative enough.

Ummm..... nope...

I lost 1lb.

But the scale.... she lies..... I lost 2.5 inches from my hips.
Moral of the story..... Check your measurements..... Have a goal pair of pants that you can "just about" fit into to try every week, etc...

Don't just rely on the scale to tell you how well you're doing.

3/21-I seem to be really in a maintenance mode instead of losing mode! I will revisit my numbers, and see if they need to be adjusted. What do you BUDDDs say? Also, I am getting something today to speed along "bathroom" issues....it's been 4 days today! BUT, I am still losing inches. Got in some jeans that wouldn't come close to fitting about 10 days ago, and even wore them yesterday. And most of my other clothes are getting the "baggy" syndrome.
