My February was rocky with several out of town stays for days at a time. So March is get back to my goal of 125 (again!) and maintain for more than a couple days at a time. LOL I'd actually like to go a little lower....125 is perfect but I keep going back and forth between 125 and 129. I'd like 125 to be my 'high'.

I am in maintenance, but desire to go down a bit more. In February my goal was to maintain 136-139, and I was able to do that. For the past week and a half I've gone to more straight calories/intuitive eating. I may or may not jump back on JUDDD. I hope you don't mind me posting. I like having the accountability, and my daily weight all in one place.
My goal for March is a stable 135. Ultimately, I would like to land between 133-136, on the lower end of 133. My goal is a pound a month until I get there. Here we go! 3/1 - 135.6 3/2 - 135.4 3/3 - 136.4(very high calorie, high carb day yesterday, SIGH)
