March 3 = 196 (No gain after 1260 MD! Yay!)
March 4 = 196.6 (After 1950 UD)
March 5 = 197.2 (Went over limit to 850 on DD. too much salt!)
March 6 = 196.2 (tried to have another DD, ended up MD)
March 7 = 197.6 (after UD, 2 restaurant meals)

Thank you, DAWN for your "WOW"! I kinda felt like I was going to lose this morning when I weighed, cuz my tummy was all jiggly yesterday. That usually tells me that a small "whoosh" might be on the way.
I cannot express my enough for JUDDD. It is the most amazing WOE I've ever encountered. A very big to all my JUDDD-BUDDDs for all the encouragement and support!

Just for you Phyl! lol, we really did have a plumbing issue and DH didn't think to salvage the scale. I'm frantic. If it's not working by tomorrow morning, I think I'm going to have to buy a new one.

I am in maintenance, but desire to go down a bit more. In February my goal was to maintain 136-139, and I was able to do that. For the past week and a half I've gone to more straight calories/intuitive eating. I may or may not jump back on JUDDD. I hope you don't mind me posting. I like having the accountability, and my daily weight all in one place.

My goal for March is a stable 135. Ultimately, I would like to land between 133-136, on the lower end of 133. My goal is a pound a month until I get there. Here we go!
