I'm still doing induction level carbs and have just incorporated the UP and DD calorie limits into my plan and have seen great results!! So thanks everyone for sharing their success here and inspiring me to change things up. :shake:

It seems like almost every other person who is here has come because simply doing Low Carb wasn't doing it for them. Stalls that were going on for weeks and weeks and months, some folks even gaining weight on their low carb plan! :eek: To paraphrase, insanity is wanting to lose weight but continuing to eat the same old way that isn't working! LOL
Here, we've discovered that we can eat at any carb level we choose, do it on the JUDDD cycle, and the weight loss happens for us!
AND, for many of us, we've found that weight loss happens even better for us when we add a few more carbs back into our diets again, so that's nice if you're one who likes the *other* veggies and fruits and some of the grains, etc. :laugh: Really nice to have a plan which lets US choose the foods we want to eat or don't want to eat. I really like that part about it!
Glad you've joined us here. I expect we'll be reading a lot more about your weight loss success as the weeks pass.
