Glad you're joining us here. I think this plan combines all of the aspects of weight loss and maintenance that I find important... having NO food lists of what I have to eat or what I'm forbidden to eat... with a way to manage how much
I eat by cycling calories up and down, which gives me half of my days of not even being on a diet at all. Add in the cycling mini-fast aspect for all of the many health benefits it is known to provide, and top it all off with easy weight loss and easy maintenance at goal and... it's very easy to LOVE this plan!
I expect you will get settled into JUDDD very shortly. It's easy to do and very effective.
I look forward to reading your reports of nice weight loss as the weeks pass!
