Thanks for these suggestions. I just went to Trader Joe and remembered the hummus, split pea soup and shrimp stir-fry mentioned in this thread. Great things to try on my next DD!

I'm going to try the shrimp stir fry tomorrow. I triple checked the calories. I think it's like 175 for the WHOLE bag!

Awesome! Can't wait to see the reviews on it! I'll have to go to Trader Joe's soon to get some of the split pea soup as well! YUM!

I love that stirfry from TJ's but just a word of warning--it has a TON of sodium--and I am always up afterwards--but it is really delicious!

I was in Costco recently and found two yummy dishes in their refrigerated section. Their Vegetable and Barley Soup at 80 calories a cup is really tasty and filling. I also tried the Seaweed Salad (Asian) and it is delicious and 30 calories per 56g serving. I just had some for lunch with salmon and loved it!

Couple things:
Shadybrook Farms Turkey Breast Cutlets (raw): 4 cutlets to a pkg and each pkg is about 1 pound, so a 4 oz cutlet of lean turkey breast is 110 lbs. I make a picatta style sauce w/broth, a little butter. lemon juice and capers for a delicious, high protein dinner for about 150 cals.

These are expensive, but I LOVE the Mt Olive Kosher Dill Petites PicklePAK. I was at the grocery store on a DD and starving. I saw these - 4 little individual containers of tiny dill pickles, and 0 cals. Good for a quick snack, espec when you're not at home where you can access the big pickle jar.

You're right on both counts, ouizoid! The stirfry was really tasty and filling, but I've woken up this morning barely able to get my rings off my fingers!

Kind of hard to see... but each of these sticks are 15 calories and 1 carb!! Perfect portion control because they are individually wrapped! I got the cappuccino flavor and there are bits of coffee in them! Delicious! Only problem is that I found them at T.J.MAXX so I'm not sure where exactly they are from. But I do plan on getting more on Thursday when I go back. They also have mint, orange, Irish creme, and a few more flavors I think. Some may have a few more calories per stick.

Hershey - Amazon has them $40 for 300 pieces.

Going to check MY TJMaxx next time I'm in the neighborhood.

At walmart in the frozen isle. They have these chinese take out containers of different chinese dinners. Each container has around 2 servings and are anywhere from 460-510 calories a whole container!!!! Once you cook and put it on a plate, tons of food!!!! My fave is the shrimp fried rice or the sweet and sour chicken!!

I keep the special k protein water powders at the office for when I get starving on a DD. For 30 calories you get 5 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein in a glass of lemonade. Really stops the hunger pangs. tastes good too!

I second whoever mentioned the Progresso Light Soup for 80 calories. I strain the pasta out of the chicken rotini and noodle and mix these with one bag of Miracle Noodles (shirataki) ! Amazing and really cheap!

My absolute fav is Mezzetta Gourmet Sweet & Hot Jalapeno Peppers! You do not need any salad dressing if you add this to your salads and it is unbelievably tasty! 5 cals for 1 tbsp

One more fav is Fresh Gourmet Crispy Jalapenos! It doesn't take but a couple of tablespoons added to your salad and it is amazing!

I see everyone mention these. Are they really that good? I have looked in stores around here, but I cant find them. So I would have to order them. But I thought, I would hate to order them and pay that shipping and stuff to hate them. Might have to just break down and try them!!

I found them on Amazon and do not pay shipping because I have the prime membership. I like them so much, that I have them shipped on autoship!

Jamie, I don't think so! It is a plant made from Konjac root. It really tastes like noodles to me.

I made an order with netrition and ordered one bag of each shape since that is what netrition suggested. People seem to either love them or hate them. I LOVE THEM. I do dry pan cook them to get the moisture out after I rinse, rinse, rinse. Then add them to whatever like soup or spaghetti sauce. I have since ordered a case from another source due to lower price and free shippping. I also have the fettuccini shape which does well in Italian type dishes. I usually eat that for L on DD's. Keeps me full and sometimes do not even want anything after I get home.
Alone they have no taste.
