Woke up Friday with the Stomach Flu
I have not been able to each much in the last 3 days. How will this effect my rotation? Can I just continue with the same rotation even though I did not get in enough calories either on my up or dd day?:dunno:

My suggestion is you start over after you are feeling better, starting with an UD and go with the rotation from there. This will give your body a few days to get back to normal and by doing an UD when you are feeling yourself again you will be giving yourself a good chance to just jump right back into JUDDD with no problems.

I agree with Linda. You need to rebuild your strength once food is palatable again. If that puts you on a bad schedule, give it a few cycles then adjust your rotation.
