DD
B - oat bran, coffee with HWC (220)
L - oat bran (120)
D - tilapia and fresh spinach (150)
total 490. I am raising my DD calories from the 350 the calculator suggests due to fatigue. We shall see how today goes.

UD, may turn FD

B: Fage 0% (100)
L: Meeting MIL halfway between her house and ours (different cities) to drop off the kiddo. We'll have lunch somewhere with her. I'll try to keep it reasonable.
D: No idea, but we'll be going to the range with friends, then to dinner and I'm sure it will be harder to keep it reasonable.

10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. we're partying like rockstars for DH's birthday and I'm sure there will be "several" cocktails involved. I'm also bringing in cupcakes from an amazing baker I know.

Um, yeah, probably not going to keep under 2000 calories today.

UD for me

breakfast was 1 packet of instant oatmeal with 1T jib pb added, 2 boiled eggs and half a grapefruit
1 have had 2 lemon crescent girl scout cookies and 1 pb cookie already!!! No more girl scout cookies today
Lunch im having some soup, its campbells white chicken chili soup, its been in the fridge for a few days so i need to eat it
going to a bday party at 3p and they are having cake and pizza so i may have a small piece of cake and a small piece of pizza
i have chili in the crockpot for dinner!!! YUMMY!! Cant wait for that,
so dinner will be a big bowl of chili with maybe a few fritos or some crackers
going to try to keep it under 1800 today, hopefully i can!!!
I have gained 4 lbs in the last 2 days!! Thursday i had a massive scaling scraping cleaning on my right side teeth and the other half yesterday. Im hoping its all of the novacaine and the nitrous and the saline and not being able to drink as much water because of being so numb that has caused the gain. I was 143.6 thur morning, this morning 147!!!!
Im not gonna stress just eat my normal stuff and it will be ok. I had a really good dd yesterday and was still up 2 lbs this morning so i know its all the dental crap!!!

Hey Dawn! I hope you have a great time today! It sounds like fun!

I just wanted to add a nod of encouragement for you. If you don't want to make today a FD, (I know you're right at your goal for the month) you're best shot might be to eat lunch with your MIL with a DD mindset. I've found that it's not really hard to eat out for under 200 calories if I need to. I've done it on a handful of occasions. In fact, yesterday I did it for under 100. This would leave you with plenty of wiggle room for your celebration.

My go-to restaurant food suggestions: broth-based soup, garden salad w/FF dressing, veggie burger (bunless) topped with FF dressing, white fish prepared simply, steamed veggies.

Whatever you do, I'm sure you'll have fun!!

Thanks! I actually went to *** and entered lunch (looks like we may meet at Carl's Jr., so I can have a turkey burger for under 500), skipped breakfast, added some rum/diet cokes and a cupcake, and that still leaves me 850 for dinner. If I follow this plan, it should be fine. I can find an 850 calorie meal almost anywhere. Woohoo! Let the partying commence! And if we end up somewhere other than Carl's for lunch, I will def. find a DD option and then I can have more rum.

DD, and it's a hard one so far, probably because I didn't eat up to my calorie limit yesterday and also because TOM should be here tomorrow.

B: coffee
L: one cup broth
D: 4 slices bacon, small portion of ground beef chili cabbage slaw

Right around 500.

Same here This is my first TOM/pre-TOM on juddd.

Today is an UD but wasted too many calories at jack in the box due to being ravenous after my down day.

B- chicken sandwich, curly fries, taco

Going to try and fast for awhile...I have some ceviche for dinner.

DD today after yesterday's DD-fail.

B: coffee w/h&h
L: a few bites of LC cole slaw and of meat sauce
D: spur of the moment dinner @ Chili's...small sirloin steak, 3 grilled shrimp, broccoli and some chips. Very hard to count, even with their online info, so I'm doing some guesstimating.

I think i'm just over 600 for the day. I'm worried about those salty tostadas, though. I may see that on the scale in the morning.

Sunday

I have been struggling this week with my UDs and after eating my way through the kitchen yesterday afternoon (again) I'm thinking I have to go a little higher on my DDs so I don't binge on my UDs. I will need to tweak a bit until I get this corrected.

DD-day 40

Breakfast--coffee with SF creamer, 2 pieces turkey bacon and 1 piece regular bacon, 4 bites pancakes
Dinner--cabbage, miracle rice, .5cup turkey and 1 wedge LC cheese.
lots and lots of hot tea water.

About 1250 so far but I'm really not hungry so I'm gonna have to find some creative ways to add in a lot more calories.
