Tina, so far so good!

Days completed - 7
Total lbs lost - 10

Things always slow down in week 2. It's like my bod needs to catch up. The losses will be consistent from here on.

End of week 2 and 12 lbs down. My week 2 is always slow. Week three should pick up.

Total of 14lbs down on hcg, and I'm back on JUDDD. Tomorrow is a DD. Based on the calculator I'm going to shoot for 500 or less on DDs and 1846 - 1890 on UDs.

Thanks Cindy! I'm 1.4lbs below my hcg weight!! JUDDD is going really well for me after hcg. I've had my first loss after an UD. It seems that combining JUDDD and exercise is working for me.

This is the very first time that I've completed hcg and remained at or below my lowest weight. Seems that I finally found the right combination.

I have a challenging 3 weeks coming up where I won't have much control over my food. But I think that I have enough experience with JUDDD now to make good choices and I will be able to work out during that time.

Fingers and toes crossed JUDDD BUDDDs!

I bounced up only 1.6 after a UD with some carbs. Not bad. Today is a tough DD as I'm traveling. I plan to use the range of DD cals from the calculator to make things easier.

I have to admit that it's a struggle to do this with no scale and eating out. However I know how forgiving JUDDD is, so I'm looking forward to getting back on track. Today my body simply would not get hungry. It is supposed to be my DD. I worked out in the morning, had breakfast ( coffee, half a bagel, a couple slices of cheese and a fat free yogurt.) No lunch, wasn't hungry. No dinner, wasn't hungry. Had a handful of nuts, water and a glass of wine. So I figure I had the high end of a DD if I count the 500 calls I burned jogging this morning. Tomorrow will be a UD and I plan to work out again. Thu will be my usual DD with really low cals.

Ya gotta love JUDDD!!

OMG! It's been a month since I posted. I've been on travel for work during 3 of those weeks and 1 week I was on vacation. I was only 6 lbs up afterward , and with 2 days of JUDDD I've lost 3.6 lbs. I think some of it was water weight.

2.4 more to go!!

Yam-Yam, Dawn and Adi - thanks so much! I'm pretty jazzed about this. Who knew I could eat anything I wanted, following the up down method, but not counting cals, and still only be up only 6lbs? I'm almost embarrased to tell you guys what I've been eating. Cookies, cake, ice cream, pancakes, waffles, some good food, and wine every night. Three meals a day. Heck, one day I ate an entire tub of raw almonds in addition to breakfast and lunch. Needless to say that was an UP Day. And, to top it off, I wasn't preparing my meals at all. So this is all restaurant food.

JUDDD BUDDDs, I'm so happy to have found JUDDD!

Thanks Cindy! That looks like a new pic of you. Nice!

Still losing, in small amounts, but I'll take it. 1.8 lbs to go. Preparing my own meals makes a difference.

Has anyone tried a JUDDD high fat menu?

Down another .6lbs. Losses are slowing, but that's expected. I hope to get back down by Wed or Thu.

Thanks Cindy!!

Another .2 down this morning. I walked about 2 miles yesterday evening after dinner. Working on getting Orthovisc injections for the pain in my knees. Once I have that I should be able to exercise more.

I've been doing no starch no sugar (equivalent of HCG P3) JUDDD and I've been losing steadily. Not big amounts, just .2 here and .6 there. But it seems to be working to get me back down to where I'm comfortable.

I'm now 2lbs under and doing well. Don't have the injections yet, so I'm relying on walking. I started drinking Wegman's Oolong unsweetened tea with stevia on DDs and found that it really helps to curb my hunger while making it easy for me to get all my liquids in.

Another strategy that's working is making having only the hcg allowed foods up to 500 cals on DDs after an indulgence. Seems to reverse gains quickly for me.

I'm also trying to keep my cals up to 2,000 or so on UDs to train my bod to accept that range. So far so good.

Okay, I'm down 1lb and a bit concerned that it's going so well. Have I figured out what works for me? Is this a trick? I swear I checked the scale 3 times to be sure.

Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Sunday, I really hope that's the case for me. It would be the very first time in the history of my hcg journey that I have been able to not regain to the point of having to go back on hcg, and to continue losing.

I'm only up .4 after a UD. this has been amazing to me. Eating between 1900 and 2000 with only a .4 gain. And, I think that I could have seen a tiny loss if I'd walked yesterday. The rain kept me in. Another DD coming up.
