I have no idea, lol. This past week or so I've been doing more intuitive eating rather than JUDDD. It's working for me, so far(stats to the left). Yesterday would have been considered an UD by JUDDD standards, not sure what I will do today. My DD's in the last week have not been successful for me in that they have been more like MD days. In the past, I've had no trouble keeping my DD's at 500-700(but, mainly 500). I've been hungry lately! Also, I'm just a bit bored with the JUDDD lately, and am mixing it up for a bit. I am at maintenance.

SoHappy 02-22-2012 08:18 AM

I'll have a DD today, so probably water fasting until suppertime.. then fish, and vegetables. Haven't measured and weighed everything out yet, but expect to stick to about 500 calories.

I'll get it all measured out, vegetables prepped and wrapped in wet paper towels to stay nice. Supper will be easy when the time comes.

vilanteira 02-22-2012 08:28 AM

UD today, after a high-ish DD yesterday.

B: coffee, 2 soft-boiled eggs
L: pan-fried tilefish, sauteed veggies, sauteed wild shrimp, pork rib & daikon stew
D: going out to dinner with friends who will be leaving tomorrow morning after their 6-day visit

Will probably be a bit higher at somewhere around 1800-2000 calories.

Thank you ! Finally I understand.... We never put whipping cream in coffee here so I couldn't take that guess ;)

Not to be confused with whipped cream, which is cream that's been whipped and sweetened...and is best known as the white fluffy topping on the top of an ice cream sundae, located just under the cherry. ;) :yummy:

HWC is just cream...think: thick milk.

Just wanted to make sure that was clear for all of our non-North American BUDDDs. :)

annieS 02-22-2012 09:49 AM

it's quite clear Andrea, thank you !!!
here we either pour milk (café au lait) or whipped cream (café viennois) in our coffee... but heavy whipped cream nope, never heard of that !!!

as we say in french, I'll go to bed a little less dumb tonight :D

JUDDD = Dr. Johnson's Up Day, Down Day diet, or the Alternate Day Diet
DD = Down Day, where we eat at the lower end of our calorie range.

Kissa 02-22-2012 11:02 AM

DD

Minky Dinky

So glad Ash Wednesday fell on my DD.

Most of the day will be a fast except for some broth and a pumpkin OMM.

Less than 100 calories!

That should do for a nice drop tomorrow, eh?! :)

Leftover cabbage and chicken with extra veggies.

DD80 02-22-2012 01:28 PM

Protein shake

And I have to add two pieces of pizza and cold stone ice cream to yesterday. Yeah... Sad thing is, I can't really taste anything. Boo.
