UD--going for 1600

b--2 eggs scrambled in olive oil, 1 sausage/deer patty
sn--chocolate OMM; decaf with mocha coffee mate
l--salad (leaf lettuce, broc, caul, ranch); 4 deli ham slices; 1 oz colby jack cheese
sn-almond butter coconut oil bark
d--hamburger patty with cheese, green beans, crinkle fries

UD--day 35, 5 weeks today. Very good DD yesterday after a just aweful binge day Sunday. I came in under 200cal and wasn't hungry. This morning I wasn't starving either. Today will be a well controlled UD.

Breakfast--Fage 0% 1 cup, with 1tbls Ch. PB2, a little SF creamer, 1/4 cup protein plus cereal, 2tbl walnuts and coffee with SF creamer

Lunch--2 eggs with ham and cheese, fruit salad

Snack--cottage cheese 1cup with apple and cinn.

Dinner--taco salad with sour cream. either a dark chocolate square or SF ice cream 1/2 cup.

lots and lots of green tea hot water with a squirt of lemon

That's all so far

There's leftover split pea soup and leftover Polish sausage/fried cabbage in the
fridge, but at the moment (and this is apt to change) I feel more like something
light- fruit and cottage cheese, maybe- which I DON'T have in the fridge! :dunno:

Just whenever I need food: 1 deviled egg (made w/miracle whip light, mustard and tabasco); light string cheese wrapped w/prosciutto; a few olives; pizza made w/a low-carb pita, light shredded cheese, pizza sauce and spinach (The Dr Oz snack ideas); 100 calorie pack of wasabi and soy almonds.

Dinner: Tuna steak, couscous, green beans followed by 2 English pancakes, with lemon juice and splenda.

DD for me. I had 4 Up Up and Away Days in a row with old friends visiting from out of town, so this DD is badly needed even if it may go over my limit a bit depending on my portion size. :eek:

D: pan-fried flounder, sauteed veggies, pork and daikon stew

Approximately 500-550 calories.

L: not sure yet, perhaps cabbage and chicken, perhaps cottage cheese and fruit and soup (shooting for 200 calories or so)
D: tuna or salmon and steamed veggies (shooting for another 200 calories there)

UGH. So after a 3 day migraine (yes, you read that right and it was awesome), the small amount of congestion I had turned into full blown deadly death sickness.

Today is a UD and I could care less if I eat. ME!!! Care less if I eat?!?!? I don't even know who I am anymore. I forced myself to eat.

B: Low carb cheesecake
L: Bunless burger w/ cheese inside (ketchup), mashed potatoes w/ cheese, scallions, and kefir (can you tell I had cheese to use up?), and sauteed carrots and green beans
S: Pot de creme (low carb)
D: Who knows? I don't care.

I'm doing a second UD in a row, I realized I do NEED to shift my days because I have a 7 hour midterm on what was going to be an UD, and I'll never get all my calories on a day like that.

Not sure what I'm going to eat yet.

UD for me

protein shake after workout, protein, chia seeds and almond milk
at work 1/2 cup greek yogurt mixed with 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 1/4 cup oat bran with walden farms syrup and stevia
lunch was salmon with mayo and mustard, greek salad, and a small regular salad later with spinach, broccoli and mushrooms and light italian dressing
had a few bites of the apple i brought with a few almonds
this morning had 3 girl scout cookies and 1 peanut butter one when i got home from work
dinner tonight is gonna be subway, probably the subway melt and then wine later and maybe a yoplait light yogurt
aiming for about 1800 today

an avocado for lunch with a couple pieces of chocolate fudge

going to a local pub for supper.. having a multi-ingredient sandwich and a beer for supper.. maybe some onion rings..

Lunch turned into nothing. It's 6 pm and I still haven't eaten anything.

Will still have fish and veggies for dinner, hoping for <250 calories for the day.

You know I've been dieting too long. I read that as "low cal" pub and wondered why the heck they haven't opened one of those in my area!! :hyst:

Dinner ended up being KFC with all the fixins. Will have some wine, brie and fig butter, to end up at 1989 calories.

B'fast in the hospital cafeteria was too early but much needed - 1 sausage patty, scrambled eggs, 1 biscuit & gravy, coffee.

Lunch was 6 or 7 hours later - cheeseburger and onion rings.

Dinner was a small bit of taco salad.

Later had some wine and a bite of dark chocolate.
