(I feel like it's my job to start this thread every morning... Untill we find JUDDDer in Russia or Japan, I'm on the earliest time line here ^^ )

UD here

B = crumpets + margarine + tea
L = restaurant with DF (dear fiancé!)
D = homemade veggie burger i think...

Wow! I love that you started this thread so early. It is 3:35 in the morning. I went out last night and had 4 small shots of Bushmills (on a down day!). Went ahead and weighed myself a few minutes ago, 'cause I was dying for a big glass of water. I'm not sure my day is beginning just yet. Still hoping to go back to bed for a couple more hours. We'll see.

Monday is an up day:
B: 2 pieces of "eggie in a nest" made with freshly baked bread from the German deli and our own yummy eggs. Maybe some jowl bacon too.

L: probably eat out. Today we are taking our dd shopping for her 11th birthday. She wants to go to the Lego store. :)

D: Bought a pork blade roast to make tonight. So slow cooked pork with some kind of salad/veggie.

I have found that my down days are much much easier if I eat a low carb dinner on up days.

DD for me and i need it after yesterdays up up and away day, my first by the way and i was 2.5lbs heavier this morning so i need this!!! But i loved eating mexican food, besides just having a salad, and i loved eating some girl scout cookies!!

this morning i will make a gluc pudding with 3T egg whites and half cup of water with MIO added and 1t gluc, then whisked together until thick
protein shake for work, about 1030
1/2 cup greek yogurt with 1/4 cup pumpkin puree added for later in the afternoon
i have a baggie with a cut up apple, cucumber slices and celery if needed
dinner will be half a bag of broccoli slaw, mushrooms, zucchini, and half a can of shrimp stir fried in soy sauce with some spices
Under 500 for the day and lots of water with cranberry juice and lemon added

UD--34. Well, yesterday sucked. I basically just binged all afternoon. :annoyed: Today is a new day and a down day to boot.

I will wait til lunch to eat.

Breakfast--coffee
Lunch--Fage 0% with 1tbls chocolate PB2 and stevia
Dinner--cabbage, miracle noodles, 3oz chicken, 1 wedge LC cheese

D: small ribeye cooked in butter; sliced cucumber
S: pork chop; steamed cauliflower w/butter
Snack if needed (watched Dr Oz the other day lol -he had some good 200 calorie snack ideas) : 1 light string cheese wrapped w/proscuitto, 5 green olives, 1/4 cup chick peas -roasted (may skip these today), roasted zucchini slices sprizted w/olive oil

DD today, thank goodness. After the mega food weekend, I need it.

b--1 egg + 2 egg whites scrambled in 1 tsp olive oil; decaf black coffe
sn--decaf with 1 tbsp coconut milk and sf torani chocolate syrup
l--cabbage, shrimp and soy sauce
sn--broth and hot tea as needed. Maybe diet swiss miss, or sf jello cup
d--?? ds's night to cook, and not sure what he's making.

Doing something different than the cabbage skillet for lunch since I mistakenly ran out of cabbage...

-2 homemade b'fast burritos made with 2 egg whites + 1 small whole egg, with green pepper, mushroom, seasoning, 1 wedge LC cheese melted on, wrapped in LC/high fiber flour tortillas.

Approx. 250 calories and I am stuffed!

DD for me today. (I was thinking this morning how strange it is that am actually beginning to look forward to DD's.)

For lunch a big salad - lettuce, cukes, green pepper with basalmic vinegar and a piece of a turky/veggie frittata I made over the weekend. That will be around 250 calories.

Dinner will be after my workout, I may go with some frozen blueberries and kefir with a tad of stevia, I seem to be craving fruit lately for some reason.

DD today. I'm really glad because I've been struggling this past week. I've been sick and it has made me just want to eat and eat. I have had more than one overly over the top UD in the past week, along with some DDs that just don't seem to be very down. Bleah.

Anyway, I've been to the Dr. and my meds are finally making a difference. Hopefully, I can get my eating back under control now. I hope so...I have over 4 pounds that have come on that need TO GO!

L: my plan is to eat nothing, but if I have to, I'll have some veggie bouillon
D: cabbage stir-fry of some sort

DD for me, I went off and had three free days in a row! Yikes. Not happy with myself but I made the choice. I really can't feel like I enjoy entertaining if I'm not able to eat and drink with my friends. I had company all weekend, and now it's time to jump back on the wagon!!!

So far I have had 1/2 a "Full Bar" (the verdict whether it helps or not is still to be decided), and some coffee with Splenda. I am hoping today is not too painful of a day. I'm also expecting my cycle within the next four days, so :aprayer: for self-discipline! Ready to be back to losing, slow is better than nothing!

About an hour ago I had a protein concoction of whole milk plain yogurt + whole milk + chocolate protein powder + blackberries.

Up to about 635 calories total so far.

Didn't have the wine after all, diet Pepsi instead.

Added a little chicken to my cabbage, but only ate a about a 1/3 of the dish, just wasn't that hungry. Just back form the show (which was so good) and had 5 crab sticks. And one tiny square of extra dark chilli chocolate, :) Night all.

I ended up having soup and 2 light wasa crackers for dinner. I also had 1 lemon crescent girl scout cookie.

I have stayed under 400 calories - walked 2 miles and rode my bike 2 miles. After a month of doing JUDDD, I have found I'm not getting that hungry on my down days anymore.

Lunch was half a mug of tea with half a Tbls h&h. Dinner is bacon/cabbage stir-fry and a few bites of low-carb cole slaw.

Total calories: 259.

B....oatmeal w/1tbs almond milk, brown sugar sub, splash of SF gingerbread syrup, cinnamon

L....Homemade wonton soup and 1 egg roll

D....LCal wrap with 1 oz deli roast beef and 1 oz deli turkey breast, 1 wedge laughing cow cheese, lettuce and 1 tbs Maple Grove Farms FF balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Low fat half and half with tea and coffee throughout the day

Total Calories: 580 Total Carbs: 55.63g

Lunch w/ my sis at Pick Up Stix...garlic chicken and veg, 1 wonton, 1/4 cup steamed rice

Dinner: homemade ceviche w tortilla chips

Snacks: Starbucks macchiato, popcorn

Way less caloric day than I thought...off to the kitchen to look for something to add.

Annie - I'm in Australia - so I'm first!! However as it is still seriously the day before in the US - I don't dare! Love that you've started it though - as this means I can normally put my food for the day on the day!!!
