L: A few slices of leftover pork chop.

D: Spaghetti squash w/tomato & red pepper sauce. Scatter of parm.

One of the tenants moved out of my dad's apartments yesterday. She left a really grungy mess. I think for my exercise today, I will go scrub that place top to bottom. Take a radio and just zone out and clean.

I really want to go out for a drink tonight, too. Tomorrow is an up day, and a holiday. Yay.

Pami 02-19-2012 09:06 AM

UD here

B- 2 graham crackers, MinkyDinky, 180 cals.

I'm still working on what to have the rest of the day- what I had planned turns
out to be just over half the calories I need- so I need to re-think some of this.

Lunch will probably still be split pea soup (249) but maybe with a Polish sausage
wrapped in a slice of LC bread (245)- was originally planning only the soup.

I have Easter candies here- a Reese's egg and a Butterfinger egg, but they aren't
really calling to me (yet- LOL they're probably waiting for a DD!)

sophiethecat 02-19-2012 09:12 AM

Another FD here.

I've just been drinking coffee with hwc so far.

674 cals so far- I have yogurt and muesli ready for a snack, when I need it-

After eating, I had 1.5 glasses wine and later on had leftover biscuits and gravy. Now I've had like 6 cups Irish Bfast tea!

No idea what dinner will be. Not very hungry this evening.

b_lou_who 02-19-2012 04:14 PM

UD
grits with sausage gravy
Refried beans with organic tortilla chips

Kissa 02-19-2012 04:19 PM

So much good food and drink I am almost ashamed to list it all.

Suffice it to say that the chef himself was dining there with his daughters, and he has Michelin Stars aplenty.

The joy of JUDDD is that I can enjoy the greatest food and know I will not be 'wrecking' my diet.

Gym and a DD tomorrow and all will be well. :) :)

itsmeshelly01 02-19-2012 05:23 PM

UD for me, well FD I guess.

I have eaten too much. I had way too many girl scout cookies today then went tor Mexican for lunch and tortilla chips and quesadillas. I ate a little over half of the quesadilla, lots of chips and cheese and shared a sopapilla with my son. It was soo good. Ate a couple bites of the leftovers for dinner and a few grapes and a couple slices of grapefruit. I feel horrible. I feel like I just did away with the weightloss. Thank God tomorrow is a DD. I already feel bloated!
2000 at least so far.

Dinner was stroganoff and mashed potatoes.

Done eating for the day I hope, cause I feel like all I've had the last couple days is heavy comfort food type foods and drinks, and while that's fine sometimes, I am looking forward to a lighter DD. :)

It makes it to where I can actually eat greek yogurt, so it's a lifesaver! I love regular yogurt, but greek has always been too tart for me.

Noob question, what is an FD? I've seen it a couple of times in this thread.

laranda 02-19-2012 08:26 PM

Its funny u say that summer, I find greek yogurt less tart than regular. But, I haven't tried the non-fat version...oh and FD means "free day"

mykidsteacher 02-19-2012 08:48 PM
