First week in the books
I started LC my way on Jan. 2 and lost 19lbs by 2/12/12, but the constantly being in the kitchen got really old. I would make the family dinner and while they ate make myself something else to eat (most of the time). I was making low carb breads each week mostly for my father who is diabetic, but I would have an occasional piece. Any way to story short I started reading along your thread and decided I wanted to give this a try. I've promised myself to try at least a month and see how it went.
I finished my third rotation of UD/DD yesterday and so I weighed this morning and I was down -1.5lbs from my lowest since starting LC.:jumpjoy:
I had a hard time believing the scale :stars:. I ate carbs all week including pizza and a hamburger. I knew the water weight would cause a gain, but to be down -1.5 I'm just so happy.:clap:
Can not wait to see what the next three weeks bring ;).
