It's Friday - what are you eating?
Going to try and fast until supper today and then have broth w/2oz lean beef sirloin, chopped napa cabbage, ginger and garlic :)
it's my 2nd DD :) I'm actually quite excited about it !
I had nothing so far (it's noon here)
Lunch : salad + homemade coconut soup
Snack : applesauce, maybe a lowcal protein bar
Diner : more soup

Came in just under 2500 - my levels are normally 2200 - so a little over - due to Alcohol - never mind, tomorrow will just be a good DD!!

Just had a protein shake and an egg after my workout, headed to work soon.
My lunchbox has yogurt mixed with cottage cheese with some sunflower on top
Lunch is a can of white chicken chili with some crackers
I have an apple, some grapes and zucchini to snack on and i brought some chocolate covered peanuts just in case i need something sweet.
Trying to decide what to do for dinner so i can participate in the french eating. I have no idea. We have a panera so maybe soemthing from there, some french wine maybe, some cheeses. I dont know
Goal is to be about 1800 today
B: crumpet and liverwurst (200)
L: bread roll, celery/ham/mayo (it's :use things up from the fridge" day) (350)
S: banana (120)
D: possibly egg and bacon burrito (600)
1270 cals there so far...and I ALWAYS manage to find enough calories to fill the gap :D
B: Breakfast class at work. Breakfast burritos are being provided. May have one, or may just have Fage 0%.
L: Lean Cuisine or salad. Saving calories for dinner
D: Baguette, truffle pate, butter, pear slices, apple slices, brie, fig butter and maybe some dark chocolate if I can scrounge some up. Chardonnay. DH is not interested in the French theme, but DD is excited!
B: 32 oz iced coffee w/2 T Torani s/f syrup and 4 T cream.
L: not sure. Maybe 2 hot wings.
D: yeah, not sure either.
At work today, someone is leaving and there is a big breakfast being served. And a cake is being delivered and "set up". Must be one heck of a cake.
AND if that is not hard enough to resist, I am going to same employee's leaving happy hour this evening. I will be having Diet Coke.
Today will be a difficult day. HOWEVER, there is a beer fest tomorrow, so I will think about that.

Went over by several hundred calories yesterday due to too much gourmet cheese. It was so worth it though. Very happy it's a DD for me!

d-daughters have a dr appt so I'm taking them to the mall for hotdog on a stick. Looked online and the veggie dog has 220 cal. Haven't had one forever! I can have it on a dd. Wow!!

L: Atkins vanilla shake
D: Chicken salad (left over chicken breast mixed with FF ranch) on Wasa crackers
S: SF gelatin cup
per ***: 400 cal, 14 net carbs
b--1 scrambled egg, decaf black coffee
sn--1/2 container Dannon oikos ff plain yogurt with 1 tbsp fat free maple syrup stirred in
l--cabbage, shrimp, diced tomatoes and italian spices
sn--2nd half of yogurt
s--chicken breast and stir fry veggies
sn--container of sf jello with whipped cream
Should get me to 550 cals. I'll allow another 100 if I need it.
Had my workout and then ate:
-plain whole milk yogurt (needed used up) mixed with enough whole milk to equal a cup. Mixed with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and blackberries.
I think I'm up to about 470 calories.
B: Breakfast burritos didn't look good so I skipped breakfast.
L: Thank goodness I skipped breakfast because a friend texted me to set up a lunch date. Heading out for chips, salsa, beans, rice, shrimp enchiladas and iced tea (865 calories!)
D: Still planning my French Feeding Frenzy (1188)
Only leaves me 147 calories if the pate or brie is just so good I have to have a smidge more! Alas, no chocolate. :dunno:

D: Ha, we are going to Mexican AND I have two chocolate french meringues (200) to celebrate this glorious day!
That leaves me 1000 to fritter away on the dinner ... yum
B-steel cut oats
D-chicken soup, with veggies, and a small amount pasta.
DD and thus far I've had one 130-calorie bag of microwave popcorn.
It's going on 6 pm and I'm trying to decide if I'm hungry enough to need anything else or not. Love JUDDD!
