DD--day 30. I noticed this morning that my body recognizes DDs now. I wake up not hungry. I don't know if I can discribe accurately, but my body has a different feel on DDs now. Very interesting.

Breakfast--coffee

Lunch--Fage 0% with stevia

Dinner--miracle noodles, cabbage, LC cheese and chicken 3oz.

Lots and lots of hot water with lemon and green tea.

Up day.

B: Toasted English muffin w/ 2 fried eggs. Is there anything better than egg yolks on toast? No, no there is not. I love JUDDDD. Coke Zero.

L: Leftover slider on a mini bun (180), and a slice of cheese on another mini bun (155). another slice of cheese (75) just because it needs to be eaten and I didn't have any other "sides" to bring today. Coke Zero. Boring lunch, but cleaning out the fridge. Now that I think about it.....I have some romaine at home and some roquefort dressing....maybe I'll run home and make a small salad instead of that second slice of cheese. Hmmm.

D: Either: braised veal shanks in white wine and sauteed chard, OR Italian sasauge in spaghetti sauce over spaghetti squash.

Got really hungry a little while ago and had a salad with lettuce, tomato, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, chicken, croutons, Ranch and evoo, lots of black pepper.

Then was actually craving a chocolate protein shake with whole milk.

I have French herb bread rising, and will be baking that soon. The whole house will smell great. I know I'll have to have some with butter, but hopefully there will be some left for dinner tonight.

Gladly! I can't take credit though - I found it on the Food Network website. Search there for fettucine alfredo with cauliflower sauce or just google it, and the Food Network link will come up (I don't think we can post links on here, can we?).

ETA: I usually throw some ham or bacon into the recipe for my DH

MD here as I need Sunday to be an UD.

I went to Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's Plymouth restaurant today, he is well known UK chef and foodie.

I shared a very tasty, unusual dip with DH, they described it as beetroot and walnut humous. Then I had his version of ham, egg and chips, only okay. Gave half the chips to DH.

2 large glasses of Pinot Grigio and a tiny taste of 3 puddings..

Back with cals when I have checked ***.

910 cals, great MD.

Had the classic french chicken, the french herb bread with cheese melted on it, and a nice salad with lots of goodies like hb egg, bacon bits.... Still sipping wine. All was delicious.

I'm basically done for the night with ingesting things, lol.
