I think that this is a victory, DH and I have been following this WOE for one week and now there is no snoring from the DH! Huge change! Only problem is that after 24 years of sleeping beside a loud snorer I can't sleep! 3 days now and it is so quite. I am sure I will love it when I get used to it. I just hope DH does not go on and off the diet!

My DH has sleep apnea. After years of loud snoring, when he finally had a sleep test and got his CPAP machine, I had a big adjustment. We now have a loud fan in our room as "white noise" so that we both can sleep. In the winter, I just face it away from the bed. HTH!

Great about the snoring! I keep telling dh he might not need his cpap machine if he could get that last 15-20 pounds off. As it is, his snoring is GREATLY reduced (I can tell by the times he falls asleep without the machine) since he's lost some weight.

My latest NSV, would be that I feel cheery enough and slim enough to want to wear COLOR!

Last year when I was big, I didn't want to wear any bright colors. I didn't feel pretty enough and I didn't want to draw attention to myself.

I remember last year, I went to Kohls to the men's dept. and bought a bunch of V-neck T-shirts in these dark colors like navy, maroon, brown, that I could wear with all my big, stretchy dark capris, and that would cover my larger body and make me not stand out at all...

Friday I went to Goodwill and bought 2 identically made, light-weight, short-sleeved sweaters in this pretty knit design, and one sweater is light lime green, the other is robin-egg blue, and they are sooo pretty! I love the colors!!

The snoring thing is very exciting! I would love to be cured of my sleep apnea. Fingers are crossed.

Also, what great news, Sophie, about wearing colors. I am still in the dark phase and would love to find myself blooming in color. Congrats to you!

i had a favorite pair of jeans years ago.
They were bright RED. I wore them until they faded to pink. Silly me.... That fit and give in the right places, but they also were a 7-8. I've wore 7-8 size most my life. Except when I gained 25 pounds.
I M thinking let's all buy a very bright color pair of shorts, jeans, Capri for summer.
And we can have a day together of "WEAR YOUR BRIGHT BOTTOM DAY" fun yes?

Three years ago in Hawaii I picked up a toenail fungus. Tried a variety of 'natural' cures with no luck. Life got busy and I forgot about it for several months.

It has been gone for over a month. The only thing I knowingly changed was JUDDD.

Sophie I had the exact same issue with bright colors, or...colors at all, especially pastel-types. My closet is still overwhelmingly blacks, greys, dark browns and some navy, but I'd been slowly adding colors when I could. It's amazing how some light-colored pastel springy tops or a clingy fuschia sweater can really liven up a wardrobe! I'm so excited to visit thrift stores these days.

Although the scale is up this morning, my pants that I wore before spring break are much looser and I am wearing a button up blouse that could not be buttoned before spring break, and it is not tight. So I am smaller although the scale does not reflect that. Yea for me!!! I have an entire walk in closet full of size 8's so it won't be long before I am able to wear them.
Downside - The stash of capri pants I found are already too big. So sad. NOT.

They are back in style too! Oh, the '80's.... For some reason, I want a pair of purple skinny jeans, but I know I'd probably never wear them. I'd pair them with a white top...I'm so boring when it comes to non-work outfits! I'm trying to change that little by little. You need to post a pic when you wear them!

Toenail fungus is one of the hardest things to get rid of! My dad is a podiatrist and I worked in his office for years. One of the best things for it, that you can now get from the Pharmacist (they keep it behind the counter) is Fungoid Tincture. Paint it on twice/day. Also, make sure that you pat your feet dry when you get out of the shower, then let your toes air dry for at least 15 mins. Then paint on the tuncture and let dry.

That'll be $150 for the visit.

I was out taking a walk today when DH calls me and asks me if I want to go to lunch. I say yes, and explain I'm out walking so would he pick me up. I tell him what street I'm walking on and that I'll be walking in his direction so we'll meet somewhere in the middle.

He came driving toward me down the street and didn't slow down until I flagged him down. He slammed on the brakes. When I got in the car, he said, "I didn't recognize you! You look so small!!!"

God, I love that man.

It's possible his snoring was caused by inflammation and he jump-started those sirtuins and had rapid relief of the inflammation. JUDDD has so many benefits!

I don't know. It was caused by something as it is a big change. Is your DH on the diet? Wouldn't it be great if it helps sleep apnea!

I hope To have a skinny jean success story to post here some day too, so far I am just happy that the clothes that I already wear finally fit!

My DH is JUDDDing right along, but he's a really big guy. He's talking to a doctor about WLS and I figure whatever he wants to do to get the weight off, I'll support him. It would be wonderful if he could get his sleep apnea controlled.

Thanks Cindy. I almost even have visible collar bones! I remember when I was very thin (too thin) and thought my collar bones looked disgusting. Now I'd love to have them peak out every once in awhile and let me know they're still there!

My DH keeps putting his arms around me (well, he does that anyway) and saying, "You're getting so tiny." Tiny I am not, but God love him for saying it!

I was looking through my previous orders on a website, and saw an herbal product that brought to mind all the supplements and herbs I used to take (not all at one time of course) to try to alleviate anxiety.

I'll just be honest here. For years I tried everything from natural remedies to the liquor store to prescriptions for this problem. Some have done great things, but only temporarily... or at great cost to my health, weight, intimacy, and could have affected personal relationships, etc, and were a nightmare to get off of. Others did nada, zip, zilch. But nothing has given me the effect that JUDDD has.

JUDDD's effect is calm, it's happy. It's consistent. And despite bumps in the road that life may bring, it's here to stay. No side effects, no insurance co-pay or costs at all. No withdrawal hell.

That is great! I haven't had problems with anxiety but I think I feel better generaly on JUDDD. Still early for me to tell. Glad that there are other health benifits with this WOE and that you feel better.

I reading about all of these NSVs! From husbands not recognizing their wives to relieving anxiety and chronic problems....I love to hear it!

Mine is kinda eh...but today I zipped my knee high boots all the way up with no problem! They are a bit loose around my calf even. They used to zip up most of the way (just a little at the top not zippered), but it was cool to just zip them right up! I mean, I never thought my calves needed to lose weight!


Oh, and a cute little jacket I bought a few months ago that was way too tight is now just fitting. I could stand to lose more weight to fit into it perfectly, but it's so great to be wearing it!

Me too.
Scale is up (hormones hate me!) but I am wearing jeans that I couldn't get on and they are sliding down my booty. SO happy. I would have been bummed to miss them completely on the way down, so I am very glad I got out the smaller jeans storage.
