I just LOVE LOVE LOVE reading all your NSV! It helps me enormously and motivates me to continue... Thank you all!

My NSV...today I wear the smallest item of clothing I own. size 8 super skinny capri denims.
Even at goal weight (127 pounds) 18 months ago I had a muffin top and my thighs looked like giant sausages
I honestly thought I would never be able to wear them.
Well today I do and they fit perfectly!!!

This morning I went spinning in tiny (short) gym tights (age 11-12 years) and it looked good. All my more "respectable pants" suitable for my age were in the wash, otherwise I would not have worn the tiny ones. I am walking on sunshine Who hoo...

I lost weight in all the right places, JUDDD is amazing!

Thanks Phyl, you just made my day! I've been hanging around 172 for ages and I suspect it's partly because I'm subconsciously maintaining for a while. Am thinking another 10lbs will be about right though, but I don't feel in a rush - another NSV!

I'll wear my boots and jeans for you today...it's around 65 here, gorgeous fall weather, at last!!

Slightly embarrassing NSV...
Was swimming with my preschooler just now, jumping up and down in the pool like a goofball..
Hello, swimming pool - goodbye swimsuit bottom!
Guess it's getting a little loose...
Luckily, there was no one else around to notice!

One small NSV..I have to take another link out of the watch band...getting too loose. AND one giant scale-victory (sorry gals, I just have to tell) I love my doctor's scale...it weighs me two pounds lighter than mine. Imagine that!!! AND doc told me today that I am merely overweight, no longer obese!!!! WOO HOO Most scales I've read says that I need to lose five more pounds but I'll believe her chart.....

These NSVs were so wonderful today!! I know what each one of these things means to each one of my budds........because.......we are (in this case) all women. We are emotional. These are BIG deals to us. Period.

Lovin this WOL more every day!!!

I am wearing an honest to gawd dress today, with my legs showing, and high heels, of my own free will. That is a true departure for this pant-suited, career woman who has always hated her legs. JUDDD has redistributed my weight differently this time and my legs no longer look like my legs LOL! I'm feeling a self conscious (but also strutting a bit!).

Right on! I can relate. I loved wearing skirts and dresses and heels when I was thin. It's been a LOOONNNNG time since I've felt like I wanted to, but you've reminded me to look forward to that day!

I love how this comes up again and again, JUDDD seems to magically reshape our bodies in a different way to other weight loss plans.

So thrilling to read how well all of you are doing.

(Although I hope you soon find a better fitting swimsuit Carbinca, lol.)

Something AMAZING has happened....

I started this WOE primarily to lose and maintain my weight and did not really think about long standing health issues I had.
I was a bit sceptical about SIRT1 etc. (Sorry dr Johnson)

As a child I had juvenile arthritis. Since the age of 12 my knees were weak and I had loud crepitus. when I bent everyone around me would cringe from the loud bone on bone, bone on broken cartledge noise.
I have been advised to have chondroplasty and abrasion of the bones and predicted that I would need knee replacements...
I did not go for any of these, thankfully.

Well this morning in the gym when I bent, the noise was GONE!!!! I did a few takes just to confirm.
I do not take any supplements except Omega 3 (when I remember and not at therapeutic dose)
I have not changed what I eat. The only thing that changed was the WAY I eat...JUDDD.

I am SO excited and cant wait to see how JUDDD heals the damage artritis caused in my neck, spine, shoulders and hips.

Happy Dance for fitmom!

Personally, I am so amazed by the health benefits I have experienced, I would keep rotating even if I had never lost a pound on JUDDD.

In fact, Happy Dance for all the amazing NSVs!

You don't have to believe in sirtuin thingies...you just have to do the rotations and they will believe in YOU!

I'm just catching up- so congrats to every one on their awesome NSVs.
Today I weighed in after my vacation. The scale is not my friend today, but the NSV is I'm OK with that. A few rotations and I'm sure the scale and I will be in good standing again.

Jacci, as the JUDDD BUDDDs say "the pants (trousers to us) don't lie"!

FitMom I love the health benefits. My arthritis is way better too, but I've been taking mega doses of Glucosamine for a few weeks and that has helped too. Also Diatomaceous Earth.

Carly the scale will soon be back on good terms, but isn't the confidence great?

That is AMAZING news!! My knees make that ugly noise too - scans of my knees show the beginnings of osteoarthritis... I've noticed less crunching as well, and will keep an ear on things. JUDDD is amazing, that's for sure!
