DD for me as well! Day 1!
B- Shakeology shakeblended with mixed frozen berries
Snack- 2 small boiled egg
L- 2 GG Crispbreads with laughing cow, ham, cucumber and yellow mustard
D- Not sure yet. I made the chicken, cabbage laughing cow thing and I also have some miso soup I might eat.
I've also had a couple of Dolce Gusto capsules in my coffee machine. I thought my sugar free Macchiato was about 45 calories, but it was 75. Grrrrr.

I'm at about 470 calories so far. Won't go over 750, but not sure where I will land!!!!

My breakfast this morning is to die for!
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats, "soaked" (had to really mix together well) in 1/2 cup 0% Fage greek yogurt
Mixed in:
1/4 chopped apple
2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp chopped walnut
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet Truvia

Total: 378 calories

I let it soak while I went to the gym. Came back and mixed everything else in.
It tastes like a decadent oatmeal cookie! Yum-o-rama!!

So far it's around 1200-1300 calories before dinner, so I'll have roughly 500-600 calories left for dinner. I might end up going over my limit depending on what we're having, but I'm ok with it.

B: Cinnamon Sugar Almonds and protein shake (600 cals)
L: BAT roll ups (Yes, I have a theme going with these ) (525 calss)
S: light babybel cheese and blueberries (180)
D: Mahi Mahi steak w/ mango/avocado salsa w/ pan fried plantains (Approx 400? the Mahi Mahi will be about 150 [adding the oil calories for pan frying], the salsa 120, plantains 100ish)

That leaves me about 500 cals. I'll figure it out. I love UDs. I don't know how people don't know what they are going to eat on them because I use my whole DD to think about it.

Today is the first day of TOM and this morning I was down .7 from yesterday. I was shocked. I had lifted weights last night and it is unheard of for me to see a drop after that because of muscles holding on to water. I have been bouncing on the scale for a week and a half and since JUDDD, the trend has been slowly down (very slowly, BUT still down). I hope this continues.

I'm fasting breakfast. My total fast will only be 22 hours and I was hoping for 24 but oh well, did my best.

If I stick to the plan the rest of the day.....

Lunch is out with dh. I know what I'm having and it shouldn't be too bad and I will try NOT to have a dessert. LOL If I do, I'll share. LOL

We plan to go to happy hour at the hotel so I'll have a drink and some appetizers.

Dinner - we are bringing our own shrimp with cocktail sauce, strawberries, a dark chocolate bar to share, and bottle of wine Oh, and *maybe* a slice of cheesecake, if they have the one I want. LOL Hmmm, if we have the cheesecake, we'll skip the chocolate.

Hopefully we'll get to swim a lot and burn off some of the calories. I love swimming and rarely get to go. This hotel has a fabulous pool and that's why we chose it.

DD for me.

So far, I'm on my second cup of coffee. The first one I put in 1/4th TBL spoon of butter, and 1 liquid creamer. I figure about 50 cals. The second one, just coffee and creamer.

I have my Atkins shakes that I can drink later, if I feel the need for them. My stomach is beginning to "growl" a little, so may have one shortly!

UD, but having problems. Had a bit of cream in my coffee this morning....and I think maybe I am sensitive to dairy (at least cream...). It's okay if I have it every day, but if I skip a day, it makes me feel kind of sicky. And of course, I don't drink cream on DD's.

Really, it's not a major problem, but I can't put much else in my stomach until this feeling goes away. Maybe by lunchtime. I had brought some homemade chili and some salad, but not sure I can eat it.

We'll see! I'm sure it's just a minor thing. Still lovin' JUDDD!

Usually no breakfast, but fasting BG was high (125) so I had some cottage cheese (~50)

Lunch: salad w/hard cooked egg and blue cheese dressing, chicken bone broth w/miso (~250)

Dinner: whatever DH cooks... probably meat with veggies, since he knows it's a DD (200-300)

Change of plans. A friend let slip that dbf is planning sushi for dinner, which is good because I had time to suggest a change of plans to Greek for lunch with the coworkers instead.

So now, lamb gyro meat (without the pita) and grilled veggies for lunch, and dinner will probably be similar to what I've posted for lunch. Will definitely be under 1800 total for the day.

Had 2 pieces fried chicken, house salad with ranch dressing, small serving french fries, ice tea.

At home now. I'm having wine and chocolate. He's having coffee and chocolate.
