DD

Protein Shake
Valentine's hearts candies (unplanned...I have no idea why I ate them either)
Tuscan chicken soup
maybe another protein shake

Yesterday was a UD for me and boy did I enjoy it. It took me a few days, but I am REALLY getting into the swing of things here.

I had two rounds of my BAT roll ups (one for breakfast and one for dinner)
Samoas - Yes, we bought one box. I did good though and had 6. Seriously, that's good for me. I can eat a box of those in a heartbeat.
Cinnamon sugar almonds from ren fair. Paced myself though and kept track.

This morning, I was still holding steady. I think I was down .4 from yesterday, but I've been hovering around this pound for a week or 10 days.

I can't wait for tomorrow. My BAT roll ups are my kryptonite.

Finished the cabbage skillet.

Will have a Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe bar with coffee.

Will spend up to another 100 before bed, not sure how yet.

Well, I didn't make an all day fast.

I got started cooking dinner for the kids and I had a few bites of stuff in the fridge. And a few bites more.

1 smoked sausage (100)
1 piece bologna (100)
1 slice cheese (75)
1 T goose liver pate (40)
1 hamburger slider (bun 80, burger 100)
5-6 sauteed zucchini coins (30)

About 535, round up to 550.

Still an okay down day, I guess. It just makes me feel like a failure.

I KNOW I do better with several spaced out, small low carb snacks on a down day. This just reinforces it.

Oh well, tomorrow is an up day.

You are not a failure. That is a great calorie total for a DD. If it makes you feel any better, my DD turned into an UD. This rarely happens for me, but, I am just hungry lately. Tomorrow is a new day. It will be an UD for you and a DD for me.

You're sweet. I was >this close< to just making this an up day. The only thing stopping me was that dh is doing this too, and we have the same rotation.

He is losing weight like gangbusters, and never reports feelings of hunger. It seems so easy for him to just not eat. Men!!!!

I haven't had the protein bar yet after all. Just got home and I'm having a glass of wine. Might have 2 glasses.... and a few nibbles of the protein bar. Either way, finishing out the DD at 850.
