GEESH!

For me this whole process hangs on awareness. I got hungry a little while ago. Knowing I have about 1000 calories to go yet today but really feeling the hunger, I went for a croissant ham and cheese that I made earlier today (just in case) They each weigh in at 200 calories. So I grabbed two.

Ate one.

Hmmm.... Do I really NEED that other 200 calories, or can I save it for later when I really want something else?

Put the second one away.

WOE: Low Carb Maintenance
UD:

B: Coffee with HWC, Atkins Daybreak bar
L: KFC popcorn chicken - not the best choice but I only had a few
D: Bunless cheeseburger, Broccoli coleslaw
S: PNB bark with unsweetened coconut flakes

Still have about 300 to go so may add something more to dinner or make a double batch of bark

DD for me

Had a wonderful big filling breakfast of half cup oat bran heated with quarter cup cottage cheese and water, added stevia, sf Walden farms syrup and cinnamon. 160 calories

Went to the fairgrounds this afternoon for our big arts and craft show called An Affair Of The Heart. Love this when it comes. Its huge. We were there 3 hours. I sampled random things there. Chili, dips, coffee, probably 150 calories at least.

Dinner will either be a protein shake, soup or the same as breakfast except a smaller portion. Ill be under 500 for the day. I'm still having yo be careful what I eat since I had that tooth pulled yesterday. I have no idea what I'm gonna eat tomorrow at work with it being a UD but I cant take big bites of stuff. I font know. Soup maybe.

My tooth feels good today tho. Its a little sore but not bad.

At my Gma's now.

Between 6 - 7 p.m. I've had a small bowl of chili, 2 pieces of hush puppy, 1 small orange, 1 handful walnut.

There were cookies on the table (leftover from Christmas) and I bit into one, but spit it out - it was stale.

Unfortunately, there was a time when I would have ate it anyway. I mean, it wasn't horrible. It was dry and flavor was almost gone, but if I'd really wanted to, I could have eaten it and still enjoyed it just on account of the fat/sugar/chocolate combo. But now on JUDDD I can afford to be more discriminating with sweets since I know I can have really delicious, quality things every other day - there's no need to gobble down stale sweets just because it's there.

You guys get what I mean.

Around 1260 calories, so I'll have some snacks to add in throughout the day.
Ended up adding 4 more slices of bacon (was in a bacon mood), a handful of wild blueberries, some hard cheese and dill pickle.

Went to my nephew's and had some of his icecream/bday cake.

Now back at Gma's having some wine and watching a movie. In a little bit we'll have some popcorn.
