Need juggling help too.
I have a busy schedule of activities coming up this week, that revolve around food.
I need to be able to eat lunch Wed, lunch Sat and lunch Sunday without worrying about calories (I don't have control of the menu, and don't know what it will even be). Wed I CAN do a salad bar, so have a little control.
Today is a DD, so the schedule should be:
Would this work without messing me up too much?
It only gives me 2 DD's for the week. But being in maintenance, maybe it won't matter too much? And I've been JUDDDING for 5 weeks.
I'm not in maintenance yet, but I imagine there's more leeway with calories at that level:)
On the day that would typically be your down day, just make the best choices you can?
