WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
Late lunch at a new Japanese restaurant. Had teriyaki salmon, miso, gyoza, tempura, rice, cucumber salad, green salad . . . around 1100 calories!

I have about 700 left for dinner. 315 will be spent on wine, so I'm going to have to choose carefully.

Darn, it's like every 2 hours or so I wanna eat! Attributing it to the cold, cold weather and hormones. lol.

Logging 1 cup ice cream. 1/2 c. Vanilla & 1/2 c. Chocolate.

Also working on my 2nd glass of wine today.

Getting ready to make dinner when DH gets home with some crucial ingredients.

Oh yes, it's quite the decadent little treat! And yes, I'm pre-Tom!

I find I don't need to eat very much to satisfy since it's dark chocolate. For me, it's pretty self-limiting unlike Reese's peanut butter cups!

Well I ended up having eggs with cheese, chicken, cottage cheese and a piece of toast for breakfast. Before I went to the dentist I had this almost panic, omg I need to eat everything cuz I'm never gonna be able to eat again...lol so I ended up having some nuts and some chocolate covered peanuts.
That put me st about 700 calories
I had a protein shake after the dentist for 90 calories and ended up having a glass of wine.
dinner was a really good concoction.
half cup cottage cheese, quarter cup oat bran, a little water, microwave 1 min 30 sec. Added 1T creamy pb and Walden farms syrup. It was freaking awesome and 215 calories.
I will end up drinking more wine. Probably s whole bottle. I'm still in pain. I will be about 1600 calories for the day.
tomorrow will be a nice DD. Ill have some coconut water gluc pudding and a couple protein shakes.

Oh dear, me and DS2 just tried bacon popcorn for the first time. Blech. It was too oily for either of us. Well at least we gave it a try.

I'm having a glass of wine and longing for the crab cake casserole and the hush puppy casserole to come out of the oven! I decided to take 2 recipes and bake them so it would help warm up the house on the cold, cold night, and so I wouldn't have to stand over hot oil on the stove for both dishes.

Oh wow, I was so hungry for dinner and now I'm eating it! It's baked crab cake casserole (sort of took a zucchini "mock" crab cake recipe plus other crab cake recipe and combined in a dish and baked with crushed Ritz crackers and cheese on top), but I think the real star is the baked hush puppies, also in casserole form (like sweet corn bread).

Holy delicious! Makes me want to thank my lucky stars I have JUDDD and can eat these real foods!

Supper ended up being oven broiled sirloin steak and stir fry mixed veggies.

Didn't do the broth and swiss miss, had a SF Jello pudding cup instead, then later had some cashews.

I ended up having some ice cream with a very small piece of choçolate cake. Heaven. I drank about half a bottle of wine too so I ended up getting in about 1700 cals. Just perfect! Now ok ready for a good DD.

UD - that unfortunately turned in a FFAD (free for all day!!)

B: 2 slices of toast, marg & marmite, cup of tea
S: Skinny Flat White Coffee - half a mini chocolate muffin
L: Seafood Risotto & some garlic bread

here's where things started to go wrong!!
Wine: YES - way too much - but we were with 2 couples who are old friends and we haven't all been in the same country, let alone the same town (or near enough) for years and years!!

D: Baked beans on toast with a slice of ham

Wine: A little bit more with other friends we haven't seen for years!

Then came the really bad time!!
S: Ham Sandwich
S: leftover pasta from the night before

However, eating these things stopped me having a hangover this morning!!!
