Hugs!! I have decided to just roll with the flow on the scale bouncing since this morning I am actually .2 above what I was Feb 1 BUT my weekly average is down 1.6 from last week.
WHY???? Because I LOVE the freedom on what I can eat on UD's.
Hang in there lilmiss. It is worth it to keep on keeping on.

Did you change your ratios after the first 2 weeks for cals? I feel your frustration!!! First two weeks go so well and then after that, nada! :stars:

I am debating moving up with cals on UD.

Now, didnt change cals, looked at it and the difference was minimal.

DH lost 2.4 this week and we ate the same stuff. Grrr. Men.
