Slowlllly moving towards goal

3 months Juddding: Progress report

Start weight 160.8

Current weight 150.2

Start size loose 14

Current size comfy 10

Conclusion: Although I didn't have fast or large losses my numbers moved down a bit every week. Sometimes I saw the same # for several days during the weeks but overall a downward trend. 5 lbs to go!

Its been different eating "whatever" on this plan (good different) & I kept expecting to gain 'n then gain some more. Instead I'm shrinking. Who'd have thought it was possible?

Wonderful, Crickett!! So happy for you!

I also saw the same weights for days at a time sometimes on JUDDD, and even had bounces up after seeing a new low, then back down days later. Like you say, as long as its an overall downward trend!

Awesome job, my pre-Maintainer JUDDD bud!!

Hi gotsomeold. Tks, its been slow for sure but I only use a once a week weight so any daily bounces don't frustrate me. I never measured so I don't know how many inches I've lost - a whole bunch?

Yeah, I probably should have measured but then I'd have to put marks all over my body to measure at the same place every time. I never could seem to find the same spot to measure a second time.
