Slowlllly moving towards goal

3 months Juddding: Progress report

Start weight 160.8

Current weight 150.2

Start size loose 14

Current size comfy 10

Conclusion: Although I didn't have fast or large losses my numbers moved down a bit every week. Sometimes I saw the same # for several days during the weeks but overall a downward trend. 5 lbs to go! :)

Alcestis 02-10-2012 05:47 PM

Nice!! And I love the change in clothing size. All in just 3 months :jumpjoy:

adillenal 02-10-2012 05:52 PM

That is great. And down 2 sizes too.

ccrickett 02-10-2012 06:06 PM

Thanks Alcestis & adillenal

Its been different eating "whatever" on this plan (good different) & I kept expecting to gain 'n then gain some more. Instead I'm shrinking. Who'd have thought it was possible?

KeirasMom 02-10-2012 06:36 PM

Awesome! I'm so happy for you!

Wonderful, Crickett!! :jumpjoy: :high5:  So happy for you!

I also saw the same weights for days at a time sometimes on JUDDD, and even had bounces up after seeing a new low, then back down days later. Like you say, as long as its an overall downward trend!

Awesome job, my pre-Maintainer JUDDD bud!! :jumpjoy:

That is wonderful news! Slow and steady sure beats stalled and frustrated. And, wow, how many inches have you lost?!?! Size 10 is awesome!

ccrickett 02-11-2012 03:32 AM

:hiya:mayleesa. Thanks. I'm sure enjoying this "nothing is offplan" lifestyle.

Hi gotsomeold. Tks, its been slow for sure but I only use a once a week weight so any daily bounces don't frustrate me. I never measured so I don't know how many inches I've lost - a whole bunch? :hyst:

itsmeshelly01 02-11-2012 03:55 AM

Awesome results!!! congratulations!!!

ccrickett 02-11-2012 04:13 AM

Thanks itsmeshelly01.

gotsomeold 02-11-2012 05:35 AM

Cricket, to drop from a 14 to a comfortable 10 in 10 pounds - you have lost a whole buncha inches fer shur!!!! It is a pity you were not measuring, seeing those results would have been FUN!

ccrickett 02-11-2012 06:10 AM

Yeah, I probably should have measured but then I'd have to put marks all over my body to measure at the same place every time. I never could seem to find the same spot to measure a second time. :hyst:

Sure is proof that 'slow and steady' wins the race!
