Thinking of coming back...

I have been off JUDDD since the Holidays, but I am thinking of trying again. I am considering doing UD on the weekends then DD's on MWF. I remember reading about this in the book... But it has been awhile.

I figured, since I am trying to do an average of 1200 a day, that I would have:

500 cal DD's
1725 cal UD's

I think that works out to equal 7 days of 1200 cals.

What do you all think?

I couldn't do an off schedule every week. The way my mind works, it would be begging to "well if you can do 2 UD's on the weekend, might as well throw another in during the week" lol.
Best of luck if you can do it, I just know I can't get into that mindset of "fiddling" with the program every week :)

I don't think it's 'fiddling' with the program at all. In fact, Dr. J mentions in his book that many people prefer having specific DDs. I've done M, W, F DDs for the past 3 years with no problems.

I usually try to make Sunday a MD to balance.

Because working out on DDs is not recommended (again in the book), I chose the DDs because I always worked out on T, Th, and Sat.

That's why I said in my mindset it would be fiddling :) I know my mind lol .

Thank you Leo! You have given me hope.

I say, "try it". What have you got to lose? You can always adjust your numbers or your days to suit your own style.

Hi LCL! :shake: Welcome back! Give it a try. If you need something adjusted, you can always do that. :) Happy JUDDDg! :hugs:
