Try it. You won't be disappointed. I do:

1/2 avocado w/ lime, garlic powder, salt to taste (approx. 115 cals)
1/3 roma tomato (mine were larger) (10 cals)
5 slices bacon (200 cals)
2 slices cheese (200 cals)

Mash avocado w/ lime and seasoning, chop tomato and add, crumble bacon (I buy the precooked at costco and crisp in the microwave) and add to avocado.

So, total cals is approx. 525. The cheese sort of wraps around the "BAT" salad like a taco. When I die, I will be buried with these.

I've been eating with a handful of blueberries or other fruit on the side. Not a bad count for a lunch and I don't feel overfull.

Bacon, avocados and cheese are three of my top favorite foods. I have got to try this (will add jalapenos cause I like spicy)!

Me too! I think jalapenos are a fantastic addition. I was really craving a BLT (w/ avocado, of course), but didn't want the bread, so I came up with these. I LOVE to wrap up tuna in cheese, so I thought, why not a BLT? I guess you could wrap in lettuce too, but I'm not a lettuce fan. If I had some baby spinach, I might mix a little in.
