Week 1 results.......
 
Hi, I lost 4 lbs this week and I'm amazed! To be honest I had about 750 cals on a dd(3days)and more or less ate freely on the us (4 days). I have ate alot of food but I have also done 3 high impact gym classes so I'm sure that helped. I have been reading all the excellent advice on here - great forum guys! Week 2 here I come.

Sounds like we are doing the same thing ~ I'm having similar results. No exercise for me at this point though.
