Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
UD for me

Protein shake right after workout, yogurt, cottage cheese mixture for breakfast and a banana.
chicken with salad and a boiled egg for lunch
snack of apple and some chocolate covered peanuts
dinner was steamed zucchini and broccoli in half T evoo, chicken over spinach, romaine, mushrooms, guacamole, ranch and sales
Snack later of yogurt with some walnuts and strawberries on top

About 1700 for today
I'm on antibiotics for my tooth and taking pain mess andretaining water, which really sucks.

Speaking of sodium, we're headed out to Sizzler (DD's request) and I will be having a steak, broccoli, and a piece of their cheese toast. That should be pretty high in sodium!

11:15 p.m.

So I had BOTH the sweet items I was thinking of today, lol. I don't do that very often.

Estimating my calories came in just under 2000 today. So ends another FD.
