I continue to be baffled by JUDDD!
 
I weighed 212 on Thursday Feb. 2nd. Yesterday was an UD for me and I weighted 209. This morning I weighed 208.5. I'm not even going to mention what I've eaten between then and now because you won't believe it!

I fully expect to be at a lower number on the scale tomorrow because today is a DD.

This JUDDD has me scratching my head but I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Yes the daily weight fluctuations are hard to figure out and for that reason DR. Johnson
says just weigh once a week and do that first thing in the morning right after going to the bathroom. But shoot I weigh every day too and it is a bad habit I wish I could break.
And to realy confuse things in my case I usualy weigh 3 to 6 lbs less first thing in the morning than at 4 pm so did those 400 calories I ate between 7am and 4pm make me gain 6 lbs ?

Dr. J only suggests that we only weigh once a week if the daily fluctuations bother us. I love seeing what the scale has to say daily, but that's a personal thing. I actually dislike missing a day so much that I took my scale with me last weekend to to hotel when I had to go out of town. Lol! Crazy, I know!!:hyst:
