Yay, back to a DD! I am so much more comfortable on DD's - which really only means I need to plan better on my UD's. I know at some point I won't continue to make progress if I don't control the UD's better.

UD for me!!!

protein shake after my weights this morning
1 scoop protein, half a banana, 6oz almond breeze, 1T flax, cold coffee, hazelnut flavor
snack for work, the other half of the banana cut up into 1/2 cup greek yogurt mixed with 1/4 cup cottage and 1/2 T chia seeds
Lunch is chicken over spinach and romaine, a boiled egg, zucchini slices and italian dressing
snack of an apple and a boiled egg if i need it
I also brought a little baggie i portioned out of chocolate covered peanuts!! YUMMY!!
Dinner will be about the same as lunch but ill add more good stuff to my salad like mushrooms, red peppers, steamed broccoli and cheese

I should be about 1700 hundred today, trying to lower my UD cals just a smidge and see if it makes a difference in my weight. Im not gonna too much cuz i dont want to feel deprived in any way, thats what i love about JUDDD is not feeling deprived.

UD- day 21, 3 weeks on this program. Yesterday was an interesting DD. I really tried to fast all day, but by late afternoon I was crabby and had a headache. I still came in under 300 cal. I don't think I will try it again for a while as this morning I woke up shakey--not really starved, but kind of low blood sugar, after a stomach bug shakey. I think spreading my 350 cal out over the day works better. It was interesting to try though.

Breakfast today--1cup Fage 2% with SF creamer, sprinkled with 1/4 cup protein plus cereal and 2 tbl walnuts. coffee with SF creamer

Lunch--3 eggs, 5 small turkey sausage, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and fruit salad.

snack--an apple with 2 tbl PB2 powder mixed

dinner--chicken and roasted veggies, jello temptation

Haven't even planned out supper yet. Cleaning out the refrig right now, so will see what I have that needs to be used up LOL, and then going grocery shopping.. so will decide supper after all of that.

UP day for me and I don't know!

Protein shake for after my weight workout for sure. Hmmmm, maybe I'll add banana and some yogurt to it. I have only ever drank them mixed with our fresh goat milk or water.

Lunch I'm thinking a chicken fajita.

No idea on dinner yet but I want to make sure I get more calories than my last UP day.

Just had a Big Mac & medium fries! Plus a ton of ketchup. I hadn't indulged in a while and I had a coupon, so I went for it! The salmon was really good!
I took a regular salmon fillet (4oz) and rubbed on 2tsp torani orange sugar free syrup, salt and pepper and about 1/2tsp fennel seeds (slightly crushed), spritzed slightly with olive oil cooking spray then baked at 350 for 20 minutes. It had a slightly sweet orange flavor and the fennel just really set it off nicely

So for my after workout shake I mixed a scoop of chocolate protein powder with just 1/2 cup water than added 1/2 cup organic greek yogurt and 1 cup organic strawberries. OMG.....it was like having a strawberry shake. It wouldn't all fit in my glass either. 29 grams of protein and 210 calories. I'm going to start doing this on UP days because I always have calories to spare.

I ended up having a sandwich for lunch with 2 slices whole wheat bread, ham, pepperjack cheese, Mayo and spicy mustard. Zucchini slices dipped in hot sauce and sour cream and onion dip.
it was delicious. I had to come home from work in pain and having to go yo an emergency visit to the dentist. I think its my wisdom tooth. Wish me luck. I'm skeered!

I have had 1/2 can soup for 60 calories
1 cup coffee

later plan is Cabbage, Miracle noodle and Soy sauce stir fry with Garlic, red pepper, ginger and Green Onions. 80 calories
Swai fish 75 calories

Bringing a new shake I haven't tried to work today, if I like it will drink half for 60 calories

Hot Chocolate25 calories

300 calorie total for the day... we'll see what happens, not too sure I like the Swai... hhmmmmm....
