Hi everyone, DD here.

I had a coffee with skimmed milk this morning, a soya flat white this afternoon and then eventually ate something at 9.30 this evening.

Impossible to work out the calories precisely, but around 300 calls. It was a fish stew with a little couscous, left overs from the dinner party I threw last night.

I was going to make this a MD because I have another function tomorrow. I think tomorrow, I'll just keep as low calorie as I can up to dinner, then have something small.

Despite the fact that I set up the catering and did almost all the set-up for the class, the guys did not save me any tri-tip! I skipped breakfast to budget for all the yummy food at lunch, then didn't get any. Those vultures!

Oh well, I had an In-N-Out hamburger and fries for lunch instead. I haven't had In-N-Out in ages!

Well, I'm still not hungry after that Big Mac attack meal around noon, but I have had a glass of wine and 2 Lindt truffles leftover from Christmas a little while ago.

I rarely ever just eat candy like that, but DH was into the bag and I hadn't had any, and was curious because it had 4 different flavors of truffles - extra dark, dark, milk choc and white choc.

I had one extra dark truffle and one white truffle and that was more than enough for me. Delicious candy, but just too rich for me to have very often.

Dinner tonight will be homemade pizza.

Oh yes, homemade pizza!

I'm getting my crust recipe better all the time. And I've changed some other things too - I think it's overall just getting better and better! I'll share it here sometime when I have it "just right".

Mmmmm, a Big Mac sounds good even though I've pretty much sworn off fast foods. LOL

After the yummy smoothie I had for breakfast I ended up with a grilled ham & cheese on sprouted rye bread for lunch with some pickles and had my chicken fajita with a single serving (yes....I was able to stop at one serving) of chips with salsa.

Total calories for the day 1182. Still waaaay below my UD allotment of 1935 but frankly I'm full!

I eat even less ff than I used to, and it's probably been months since I had a Big Mac, but now and then I just get a ~~Big Mac attack!~~ LOL!

There was a time I wouldn't mind eating FF every other day. Now I have no desire. Usually the only time I have it is when I'm with a group. But I admit, some of it *tastes* really good (including Big Macs!)....even better I think than when I had it often. LOL I'm just glad it's not the temptation to me that it used to be.

I eat cantaloupe that way, and fill the cavity with vanilla ice cream for a treat!

DD for me- and I actually had CALORIES! I have a mid-term tomorrow and didn't
want that to fall on a DD, but I started getting sick and needed some snacks to
eat with my OTC cold meds, so I ended up with 500 cals worth of club crackers,
cream cheese and SF apricot habanero jam. Was hoping the jam would un-stuff
me, but no, it just burned my mouth. Oh well, I studied for about 10 hours today.

Swai fish 75 calories

Bringing a new shake I haven't tried to work today, if I like it will drink half for 60 calories

Hot Chocolate25 calories

300 calorie total for the day... we'll see what happens, not too sure I like the Swai... hhmmmmm....

Didn't care for the Swai... too much like catfish which I only like with Cornmeal breading and "swimming" in tartar. Next time Tilapia.

The shake was a chocolate Pure Protein shake, pretty good! A little watered down from the Slim-fast shakes, but WAY less calories for a DD! 120 for the whole bottle of 12oz vs 180 for 8oz slim fast.

I added some cucumbers salted with a tomato slice and red onion slice with a drizzle or red wine vinegar for a whopping 25 more calories.

I'm at 265 calories and 15.5 carbs for the day with PLENTY of room for some diet hot chocolate!

Dottie - thanks for sharing, I'm always looking for new ways to cook fish (who am I kidding, I have no original ways, LOL)

UD for me

B: latte w/low carb vanilla cup cake (400)
L: 6 inch sub (450)
D: chorizo w/hot peppers stir fried over cauli-rice (500)

1 saltine cracker (30)

that's 1380 and I've had a very satisfying day....I'm thinking I wasn't so far off when I wasn't counting on UDs.

I hear ya, I had a midterm today and was a ball of stress! Good luck on yours!

Sophiethecat - everything on ur menu today sounds awesome! I like the black lindt truffles, I think they're extra dark?

Itsmeshelly- good luck at the dentist!

dd for me...was nervous about my exam, haven't had too much today:

About 14 oz of black tea and 1 fl oz heavy cream - 103 cals

Was planning on tilapia w/ cabbage and cheese...still not hungry, plus I forgot to defrost so, maybe some more tea later?

This is the first day in a long time I went over on calories. It's an UD. I had to estimate my dinner calories and I think I'm over by 150-200 calories today. I'm not sweating it because I almost never go over.

Tomorrow (DD) I have another company function after work and I think I'm not going to sweat that either. I'm going to allow myself to the upper range of WL mode in the JUDDD calculator. I've never gone over 500 so I have to go see what that is.
