First 2 weeks done. Here's my results...
8 pounds gone! :clap: During my first week I only lost 2lbs but changed it up the 2nd week & lost 6 more lbs. Now I fast on my DDs and eat low carb on my UDs while not going over my 1800 calories max. I know it'll slow down when I get closer to goal, but this is proof that my body is loving it & that's a LOT of motivation to keep going with this WOL. :up:

I average 15-20 carbs on my UDs. The carbs come from green veggies & and an occasional LC wrap if the family has tacos, or I'll roll up some meat in one if I'm gonna be running errands so I can pass on the fast food.

Truly, that is incredible. What a great way to use JUDdD to your advantage. I am really impressed, but hope you will allow some carbs back into your life, eventually.
