Starting JUDD on Monday!

Ok ladies,I have a terrible habit of before I start a diet plan"way of life" plan whatever it may be,I tend to research so much, save recipes, buy books, get overwhelmed etc....

I was directed to this forum because what I was doing was not working for me....I have read a little about this way of eating....can someone tell me if it is basically 500-600 calories a day on Down Days....and a regular day the following day, eating Low Carb or not,but not over doing it...is this is basically?Cause if it is,I think I can swing it!!!!!!!!!!!
or is there a list of dos and donts I've missed?

Be sure to go to the calorie calculator mentioned on the Johnson UpDay DownDay website and enter your stats so you can get an accurate calorie estimate for your UD's. I would suggest - to start off - that no matter what the DD says, go with 500. That makes it a little easier to get started, IMO.

It all sounds simple enough(Lilke I said before I weigh myself down the the details before I start usually,I am thinking this is pretty simple)

Good question. I entered my current weight, but I don't have a lot to lose. I suggest you try both and see what seems most reasonable to you. If one doesn't work, you can always try the other! That's the beauty of JUDDD!
