DD-18. I can't believe how much I'm enjoying my coffee black on these down days. Another thing I've noticed is while I've had more energy during the day, I am exhausted at night. I start thinking about bed when I put my 6yo to bed and I sleep great.

Breakfast--just coffee early, 0%Fage at around 10am

Lunch--Pure Protein vanilla shake

Dinner--my miracle rice came so I'm going to do that with shrimp and veggies and a laughing cow cheese wedge

lots and lots of lemon water
about 340calories for the day

DD-
so coffee now,
iced tea later,
Communion this evening

First time Communion has fallen on a DD-
I don't think it's enough sugar to set off cravings

Today is also the first time in 34 days (?) that
I've had the same weight two days in a row-
so I'm hoping that means I'll show a loss tomorrow AM

You must be mad!!!

UD here, and it's amazing to me how little I eat for the cals I get-1710. I think that is because I am coming from low carb, where, of course, we didn't count them.

Anyway....
b-coffee early, with a nice slice of multigrain bread and butter to "break the fast" ff hnh ,Splenda; 1 jumbo egg basted and fried in bacon grease. One slice bacon and 1 slice lite bread to dunk in the yolk. Yum

l-maybe 6.2oz 80/20 hamburger, with mayo and tomatoes on 2 slices lite bread

d-not sure, maybe fish?

Trying to work some vodka in here today....
There was a going away party at work yesterday, and I foolishly brought home some cake-not a sweet eater, but I make an exception for chocolate mousse cake with ganache...

My plans never ever go the way I intend them.

It's 3:00 and I've only had coffee and water so far. I will see how I feel at dinner time. If I'm hungry, I'll eat, otherwise, I may shoot for a real fast.

Oh, and I spent an hour at Whole Foods with tons of samples put out. I did my grocery shopping and got out of there without one single bite.

I did GREAT today. Today was a DD for me.

I had a 90 cal. yogurt and a turkey/green been WW meal (200 cal). 290 calories total. I might have a diet swiss in a bit.

AND...

I have been extremely busy today. This morning my husband and I cleaned out our pantry, tore out the old wired shelving, painted and installed a steel unit. You would think my working with food all day would have been a DD disaster but.... it wasn't.

I am so glad this pantry project is done!!!

I'm not feeling well - stupid cold - hope it's not becoming something worse. Anyway, I couldn't wait to get home from 1.5 hours of grocery shopping (2 stores, home and unloading/putting away between stores) with the superbowl shopping crowds and just curl up on the couch with a glass of red.
