today has turned into a Free Day!! oops!!

Tomorrow am going to eat Malay in the evening - it'll be a DD - off to check out cals!

Well, last night turned into FD eating because of an unplanned late dinner. I looked at DQ's nutrition info a little while ago for what I ate, and it was 1,000 calories! In one sitting. :o I had a mini banana split Blizzard, a cheeseburger and fries with ketchup.

Totally blown DD at 1,740 calories! :hyst:

That was more calories than my actual UD the day before! :doh:

So.... I'm calling it two UDs in a row and will proceed to make today a DD. :) I'm pretty sure it's going to be a regular Friday with our regular schedule, and so quite DD-doable. :)

l--hamburger patty (98% lean), salad with lettuce, broc, caul, balsamic dressing

sn--broth and egg whites as needed.

For me, my hormonal ravenous comes pre-Tom. Like for several days in a row before Tom actually shows up. During Tom, I'm strangely unbloated and no hungrier than usual. :dunno:

Change of plans:

I have the stuff for breakfast at work, but may skip it.

My friend and I are meeting at El Toritos for lunch, so I'm having:

Shrimp Enchiladas
Whole Beans
Spanish Rice
Corn pudding
Chips
Salsa
1,009 calories for lunch. :eek:

It's fine though. I usually don't eat even half the beans and rice, and I get 2200 a day. I :heart: JUDDD!

DD, was planning on fasting, but last night I found an almost empty nutella container and made some overnight oats, but I forgot that we're going out for breakfast tomorrow. Decided to eat half of my overnight oats for lunch today and half for dinner. They're yummy, and I feel nice and full, hopefully it sticks!

l-hard boiled egg and Lite bread with 2t cream cheese-it burned a little so I'm giving it less cals cuz I had to scrape it!:laugh:



d-no clue. I don't seem to find filling things to eat on these days.

This has been a HORRENDOUS day and all I want to do is marinate lots of ice cubes (in vodka)...but will try darned hard to stay "good"

Mine is usually the day before, and first day. Then I'm good. So far, no problem. But I always get hungry around 3:30, so we'll see.

Change of plans for lunch. MIL was going to come by, but with dd being sick, she decided to avoid the germs. So I didn't make hamburgers. Just had a salad with lettuce, broc, caul, 4 pepperoni slices, and 2 deli ham slices, with balsamic dressing (165 cal). I should have done the cabbage dish--it's more filling/satisfying and less calories).

Still not sure about dinner. It's dd's night to cook and she hasn't said what she's fixing yet.
