Good thing I allowed myself an extra 100 cals today. Dd decided to make "Goo" (our family name for Spicy Beef Enchiladas). And I bought carb balance tortillas so I could have one the next time this gets made, and I plan on having it, even though it's a dd. I'll still come in right under 600, and that's good enough for me.

Sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of pecans, in half and half
coffee and hwc

6 oz Tuna salad with celery, onions, olive oil mayo

Meatballs in a bit of tomato sauce, 6 spaghetti noodles lol that's the plan anyway, and 2 parmesan toast points

lunch: sandwhich and 100 cal pack of pep pizza sticks (approx 250 cals)
dinner: a big salad with grilled chicken and lite ranch dressing

Don't know if my cals are too low or I'm just not using them efficiently. Been feeling not so great...

L/D - shrimp salad, peppers, eggplant, romaine, dijon dressing + iced tea
S - passion tea

Just under 400 cals...
