Changing the rotation
Next Monday I will have been JUDDDing for 8 weeks and this is the first time I'm having to change my rotation. I want to keep Sunday as an UD for the superbowl, but I need next Wednesday to be an UD as well. My boss is having a dinner at her house.

Here's my tentative plan:

Sunday UD
Monday MD
Tuesday DD
Wednesday UD

Or would it be better if I do:

Sunday UD
Monday DD
Tuesday MD
Wednesday UD

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that it's easier to do D/M/U.

I have always did dd/md/ud when a medium day is needed.
Personally, I find a md seems quite satisfying after a dd, then the following UD I am not ravenous! I would imagine doing the the other way around UD/md/dd, by the time the dd ended you would be really hungry, and the UD may go a bit up and away!
Just my personal opinion, but has always worked fine for me!

Yes, yes yes!!!
MD is much easier following a DD. I have found that if i try a MD then DD im starving!!!
