Well the thing that stood out for me in this unscientific informal survey, was the tea drinking going on, copious amounts according to many of you! That is the one thing that I do not do. May have to start now. That was fun and interesting. (I didn't complete the survey as I just started Juddding.)

Yes, I enjoy my deep, bold reds! Occasionally I fit in a glass on a DD.

Anyway, the TEA drinking stood out to me as well, since that's something I don't have that often. Even though I had the "pro-coffee" post not long ago, I am being persuaded from this to do less coffee and include more tea now. Whatever little bit I can do to help me look/feel good through my whole life.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
