Day 16 and a DD. I'm wearing a pair of pants that have been too snug to wear for this fall. They are still a pair of 14s, but are cut smaller than my other brands! :D

B--coffee with stevia
Snack--0% Fage with stevia and flavor drops 100 cal
lunch--Pure Protein Shake vanilla, 110 cal
dinner--2 cups chicken broth 20cal, grated zucc, 3tbls egg white 25cal, 3 oz chicken 90 cal about 135 cal

total for the day 345cal, lots of lemon water.

I've been fasting until dinner time, but I won't be home until 9pm tonight, so I decided to see how my body likes eating earlier....eep.

L/D: 3 scrambled eggs (210), 3 slices of ham (105)
S: Clementine (35)

500 cals... and I think I'll add a Diet Swiss Miss when I get home to stop me falling into the fridge.

What's listed gives me 1,029 cals so far--leaving 500 for supper.

UD!! YAY!
Having my usual breakfast and lunch, but add 2 slices Country Kitchen Oatmeal bread and a tablespoon of cream cheese. What a treat for a low carber! Don't know about dinner yet, but I will have over 800 cals to play with!!

I still don't have what to eat on DDs down to keep me "full", so reading what others do helps. Thanks.

b-2 jumbo eggs made into an omelette with 1.5oz sauteed cabbage (surprisingly tasty), some parm, herbs, and topped with an ounce of muenster this time. Coffee with hnh and Splenda

l-2 roasted chix thighs

d-no clue, but I am pretty sure it will include good bread or lovely potatoes...

I wish I could look forward to the DDs like some of you do, but suprisingly I am no more hungry on the morning of an UD than I am on a DD. Funny.

B: coffee, two soft-boiled eggs with cajun spice
L: spicy tuna onigiri, the tiny bit remaining of the lamb casserole, something else I'll grab on lunch break
D: low carb herb biscuit, raw milk cheese, spicy jerk country pork ribs, low carb fudge brownie
S: either some Blue Diamond salt & vinegar almonds or maybe another herb biscuit

Somewhere between 1700-1800 depending on what I add to my lunch.

-1/2 c. whole milk yogurt mixed with 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder and blackberries, blueberries. (175)

D- something with Shiratake noodles. I JUST discovered these last DD and I am HOOKED!

Total of 461 calories. I noticed I have been eating my DD calories at 25%. I hope I keep losing as getting under 400 is a little rough. Maybe eventually......

It is really delicious! I also add a little paprika and a smidge of white vinegar in the "sauce" and let it sit for a bit before lunch.

With that said, I totally ditched my big mac salad today in favor of 4 oz tuna. I needed a big protein hit and was scared I'd get too hungry later without it. :laugh:

UD for me

Dunkin donuts turkey sausage and egg white omelet flat bread sandwich and coffee with light cream
Lunch was salad with a can of shrimp and boiled egg, broccoli and zucchini
Snack of Greek yogurt and cottage cheese mixed with half T chia seeds
Coconut bark
Dinner was takeout from a bbq place down the street. Smoked turkey with garlic Cole slaw, green beans and Texas garlic toast
Mary have some yogurt later
I'll be at about 1800 for the day
