Could you explain how to switch UD and DD to me?

I've been on this for 2 weeks tomorrow, but I'm thinking I'd really like to be able to eat on Superbowl Sunday, so how would I go about switching my DD today so that I actually have a DD tomorrow?

Have an UP day or MD (medium - select a calorie level about half way between your up and down numbers) today then make tomorrow a DD I believe that's how you do it.

I may have that wrong, I read another post that said add the UD + DD numbers and divide by 2 lol. Either way, you get the gist of it
